A gunshot rings through the town, and everybody runs out of their home to see what has happened. They find

shot right in between the eyes. It appears as though Y has left the chat. Everybody’s first reaction is to look at each other and point fingers at who’s done it, but just as their about to point fingers, they realize that somebody else is missing. The town does a second head count to make sure, and yes, sure enough, somebody else has left us.

Unless the two scum are a mafia and an SK - then we'd have to be incredibly lucky.

The lack of role reveals upon death is causing me confusion. IIRC, we've lost one claimed doc (maybe two?) Looking back at the night results, we've got one kill and two disappearances, but last night was the first time they both happened at once. Nothing happened night one and nothing on night two. Given the lack of night actions, I'm a little suspicious of Katy right now. I'll have to back and do a thorough reread to see if I can spot any patterns.

I simply remember a couple of things rubbing me up the wrong way on I think Day 2, but I really need to look at it in more detail, something I've not quite been able to do yet.

Frankly, my scumdar's been completely off the whole game, so I'm not placing too much faith in my hunches at the moment.

I've seen a scum role once with a sort of power where they sort of get stronger as the game goes on, though I haven't seen it in scumchat. I was wondering if this possibility had been considered.

Well, in going back over my notes I am still a little curious about the lack of kills during N1 & N2. It's pretty obvious that we've got more than one killer. In looking at the flavor, the entity causing people to "disappear" is definitely a scum role. Both of those players were confirmed townies and the opening flavour indicated that there are those who want the others to leave the chat. The "kill" seems to be a mafia type of kill, but with Y as a target I think it's possibly a vig. I'm not sure if Coron's explanation of the increasing power is meant to cover the lack of "kills" during the first few days.

As for who's left, we're down to only five of us and at least two of them are scum.

I'm going to ignore CDB, since I'm pretty certain he's town. It's a bit surprising he's still alive though.

I'm not sure why Zindaras thought that Katy was likely town. He indicated that she has some kind of night choice (that was not submitted at least once). I think that might actually be why I was suspecting her initially, since I'm not sure what power role is likely left out there besides the SK/Vig and her missed choice fits with the timing. Given the missing nights of death, I'm leaning more toward a vig than an SK. Was not on the MC lynch (Zindaras). First on the Angus lynch. Not on the Milkman lynch (no vote). ?? on Now_A_Ranger (not voting at last VC)

Twito has been really quiet and after day one when he seemed town to me from his interaction with StallingChamp (turned up town). It's also typical Twito behaviour, so I'm not really certain of anything. His stance on the Angus lynch was really soft. He pressed for his lynch, with one foot out the door like he was looking for any reason to get out of it. Was on the MC lynch. Not on the Angus lynch (Jack). Under arrest for Milkman lynch (was on milkman prior to jail) ?? on Now_A_Ranger (not voting at last VC)

Coron has also been absent a lot. I don't see any clear tells from him, but he cast doubt on two of the claimed/confirmed townies earlier in the game. Also hesitated to save Zindaras from the riddle. Not on the MC lynch (Y). Hammered Angus. Not on the Milkman lynch (no vote) ?? on Now_A_Ranger (not voting at last VC) "Didn't get those votes" for NAR.

Wow, that's really not much to go on. I'd say I'd start with Coron and then Twito. I could be wrong about Katy, since we've had a few other power roles already.

Honestly, this game hasn't really caught my interest very much except for early, I admit I have lurked sometimes out of nessecity and some times just because I really did not feel motivated to post. *shrug*

Even assuming that it's the truth, I don't see how that proves you town. That was more my point.
