100 x 100 avatar can be found easily by looking up the picture in google images, and then search tool -> size -> exactly, and type the numbers in.
Most of the time, the size will be under the maximum unless it's animated gif file.

well the last 3-4 pics ive tried have been coming up with too many KiBs and theyre not gifs.
I will find an avatar in due course, I always do - just that I just joined a few days ago so yeah. I promise I'll get the avatar before my mafia starts.

There are approximately a million websites out there for shrinking images to avatar size. Ditto downloadable programs. And if all else fails, you can post it on this site (NOT in this thread!) and someone will shrink it for you.
