In a MOS Scumchat game, I was a unlynchable jester Bishop (I may choose to save somebody from lynch) Basically I was lynched days 1 and 2 without dieng, hammered somebody, but kept them alive and then was Nked. Fun game, hard to win
You cannot post during the day. You can bite someone at night, making them a vampire. If a Vampire dies, all those who the Vampire bit dies too. Vampires win when all people are vampires. Vampires don't know who other Vampires are, and are immune to NK, appear innocent to cops, adn cant be protected by Docs.
I'm not who you think I am. Unless you guess right. Then you know who I am.
Scaried Annoying Child - You win with the citizens, however whenever someone quotes you, you must not post in that topic for 3 days because you are afraid that someone is after you. When you do post you must post in l33t Sp33|<. If anyone asks you if you are the Scared Annoying Child you become the Town Corpse

gs, that doesn't quite work. People play in more than one game at a time.
Now, life is civilized. Once there was a city, barbaric in its ways. Yet, they were an empire. But even before that, they were two brothers. They fought. Remus said ow, and it all began.
You are not nightkillable, but you must request protection, and you must request an investigation on you if your claim isn't believed. All who use a night action on you die. You are not allowed to tell the town this, or else a giant bomb will fall on the town, killing all who are town aligned.
You win with the town.
You are a
Paranoid Cop.
All of your investigations turn up as guilty.
Mod notes:
Actually is sane, should he choose to use his ability.
At night, you can drain someone's psychic energy. This dosn't really do much, but they'll get a PM saying they're feeling kind of depressed and moody the next day, for what it's worth.
You win if you're the last one left alive, or if everyone else is just to moody and goth to give a damn anymore.
mod note
: Anyone targeted by the psychic vampire twice loses all night abilities and is required to write a depressed poem the next day. Anyone targeted by the psychic vampire three times gains the ability "you may daykill yourself at any time" and their win condition changes to "you win if and only if you die before the end of the game.
I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie
you don't like yourself much either, but that's a different story.
each night you may target a player.
a) the player you targetted dies.
b) you are scum. you win when everyone else is dead.
c) there is a player out there who has a cure for your delusional paranoia and can change your alignment and win condition. if this happens you will lose your nightkill.
d) as you have a clean criminal record, you investigate as town.

does it matter? for a role like this, the fun bit is trying to work out exactly what your role is - are you a regular investigation-immune sk? a curable sk? a townie vigilante who can be recruited into the mafia (or some other nontown alignment)? or an investigation-immune curable sk with a night action that does something other than kill?
any one of those could potentially be the lie and the role still works. the possibility of any of them being untrue is going to affect your play.
and there's potential for other delusional roles as well, of course.
What, like an entire game played in an Insane Asylum?
I like it. But as previously mentioned, I'm a
bastard
.
well, the role does feature (with numerous variations) in my insane asylum setup, as do various other mental disorder-related roles. if only i still had time for playing and modding... *sigh*

one of the above statements is a lie.
good luck!
Shouldn't C read "...you will lose your night ability.", or something to that effect?
Currently, as far as I can see, if a) is a lie, then c) is untrue, at least, as there is no nightkill to be lost.
There is one townie who is in a mason group. All of his partners are mafia. The mafia are not allowed to each other at night, but they're only allowed to talk in their mason group.
Each night, you may recruit another member to the Hippy Pacifist Cult, and you may also role-block one person by giving them pot. Your cult dosn't believe in violence, so neither you nor any of the members of your cult are allowed to vote for anyone, although you are allowed to vote no-lynch.
If your cult wins, you win. Also, if there are two days with no lynches and no nightkills, a "happily every after" ending, you win. And so does everyone else. Puff the magic dragon lives by the sea.

You have a role, but don't know what it is. You have to try and figure it out. Each night, you may target someone and see what happens.
Mod Note- There is a 50% chance the target will have his role changed to something random and a 50% chance that he will have a random effect done to him.
The game had 20 players. 19 townies, one Joker.
I have plenty of common sense. I just choose to ignore it.

I think I may actually use that, and many other roles from this thread. I'm preparing a game for another forum called The Island of Stupid Roles.
On a related note, I came up with two totally awesome team ideas:
Underpowered, Disorganized Mafia
They're a larger than average team, because none of them know who their teammates are.
Angsty Emo Kids
A team of jesters. One has to be executed, one night killed, one day killed, and one killed in any manner. They have other powers, too: one is a role blocker can chuck The Nightmare Before Christmas DVDs at other players; the leader stabs people with safety pins.
