myself, why would you vote a lurker?

I don't see the purpose.

If N9V is a dream spirit, then it benefits you. If N9V is on the opposite side of you, then it benefits you. But voting a lurker (or non-contributor) can only help someone who wants to hide any possible pairings that may be made to him. Getting rid of people who appear independent and/or are not interacting as much with others is likely to be a scum tell in this game.

MS, I don't get that reasoning.

What we want to do is kill a scum group, doesn't matter who, just anyone. And by trying to vote (essentially push someone closer to lynch) a lurker, we have no idea who N9V's scum partner could be if we try to vote her/him out. We will be more productive by lynching someone who has related a lot to others. That's you. That way if you're scum (chances are yes), then we can try to figure out who your buddy is. And game is over.
