Uh, I just realized one major problem with the whole "Fos now, vote later" strategy. In the original game, all we had to do was wait until about 5 minutes until the deadline to vote.

There is no set deadline for this game.

Still, I'm not absolutely sold either way on Atticus to change/remove the Fos. That's where it'll stay for now.

Setting deadline for 30 minutes from this post. If there's not four votes on anyone, it'll be a no lynch.

Got it?

Well, if two people do claim the same thing we have a 50% shot at choosing the right one. But right now we have 33% at scum anyway, and the odds of scum killing one of eachother are quite high. While if we massclaim we could just reveal the prime choice roles without learning anything.

The odds of scums killing each other are not high.

It's 25% that one kills the other, and 1/16 that they both kill each other... and this is, of course, assuming no interference from a Roleblocker or Doctor.

BHNY, what are you talking about? Do you expect meme to all of a sudden say, time up, deadline reached, no lynch? Preview edit: that wasn't even a problem before the deadline.

I started to calculate probabilities, but I was being stupid. Never mind that for now.

Am I only being voted for talking to myself? Or is it the vibe of trying to please town coming from that same post? Or is this just a randomwagon.

Eh that's still quite high imo. Especially when you consider that 50-33 is only 17.

@bhny: fos strategy wasn't a problem even without deadline. The reason for fos is because of simulposts.

Actually, that FoS of mine was not meant to count in the FoS count, that's why i called it small. But that was a scummy post.

Since there aren't any scum partners I don't think it says anything. I also don't think it's that shocking.

my fos was not particularly serious.

No, I meant that the problem was that we couldn't vote right before the deadline if there was no deadline. Since there is a deadline now, there's nothing to worry about. I guess I was just thinking a little too shallow for the idea, really.

Not really liking your play here. Random vote, avatar comments, weird criminal insanity comment, incorrect fos-strategy comments.

Also, I would *highly* suggest quoting posts that you respond to. It's much easier with this much simulposting.

BHNY: the FoS's were established so we could vote without accidentally killing someone in a multi-post. The intent is that when someone has enough FoS's, we lynch him or vote him up to -1, or something similar.
