Wait, with 11 alive, it should be 6 to lynch.

Vote: CDB

If CDB turns up town I really don't expect you, Thesp or Fritz to die overnight. If he turns up scum, Thesp'll be the most confirmed town due to the persistent 3-day push. His railing on CDB doesn't look like busing to me, even though you suggested earlier today that you saw a link between them.

I have notes on Glork and Thesp that are now somewhat irrelevant thanks to CDB and his poor choice of words. I found Glork to be overly protective of Thesp and I found Thesp to have an overly narrow focus, which I don't see as protown.

Time to pipe down and let others chime in. Sorry.

I've just got two minutes this morning so I'll be brief (I'll be able to elaborate when I get back from school), but it would be a
very bad idea
to lynch your last power role.

I'm a roleblocker.

Okay, nobody should counterclaim yet.

MrBuddyLee, why don't you share what you "found" in his posts? If it is damning as you make it out to be, then I see no reason to out the real last power role.

(I'm wary of the claim, as a roleblockerclaim does not require results and it makes so much sense for Channelscum to claim it to get the final power role out that I'm quite willing to lynch him without a counterclaim if there's good reason to believe he's scum.)

Heh, that is interesting. CDB shows that he has been reading the thread and pops up with a roleclaim when under pressure. I have read through his posts, and may have an idea what is wrong, though it didn't necesarily jump out as immediately damning so maybe I'm not on the right track.

I agree with CES's previous post. Also, CDB didn't claim any night choices, which would have been easy for him to add in two minutes if he actually made them, but if he's scum he probably wouldn't have had time to make up nightchoices.

QFT. Majorly. Of course, the other possibility is we leave CDB around for a couple of days, and lynch him later when it's opportune for our final power role to reveal, or when the final power role dies (presuming CDB is lying). This may be a better alternative. There is no way CDB makes it to the endgame.

CDB, what were your choices?

I have to side with MBL on this one. I do
not
advocate a counterclaim at this time (personally, I think it'd be absolutely moronic for the last power role to counterclaim CDB). But I
do
want other people to actually *do* something, and to contribute to what should be a blindingly obvious lynch by now.

N1 I blocked Fritzler. N2 I blocked Thesp, obviously.

I'm sorry if my claim is annoying, but I'm not going to pretend to be vanilla and be LAL'd. I've read through my own posts and I don't see what MBL is on about.

Patrick - In this game in particular, I've found myself reading the thread without posting because of the high standard. I think I'm a bit out of my depth to be honest.

I encourage counterclaims. Once you bloodthirsty buffoons finish lynching me it would be nice to finally find a way to get on to lynching scum.

No, that's crap. I don't think I've seen a single person except you suggest a counterclaim would be a good thing for the town. It's far more likely to be a scum perspective (
especially
after several people warned how bad a counterclaim would be).

If he's town, he obviously thinks that asking for a counterclaim rather than just getting lynched is a good idea.

This is the second time you've attempted to discredit a valid point by ignoring specific context. (It makes sense for
him
to ask for counterclaims, much in the same way I didn't think
you
were typically lazy.)

CDB, I would be fascinated to see you talk about various people--preferably in some detail. If you're really the roleblocker, who are the three scum and who's town and why?

I could have sworn I'd presented a much more reasonable alternative to counterclaiming that didn't involve ChannelDelibird getting lynched. Hmm...

Oh, there it is. That would have made a lot of sense for townie ChannelDelibird to go along with. Instead, he tries to incite a counterclaim. That's interesting to me.

Also, I echo MrBuddyLee's request for ChannelDelibird's input on various people.

Sadly, so have I. ¬_¬

Glork. Fritzler's probably town, especially if Nightfall's scum. ("Fritzler's lurking." (Off the top of my head, Channel and Mgm congratulated him on the find.)) Even if not, he's not exactly on my priorities list.

Dammit, I wish Channel had put in a word about parity and no-lynching--that would have been telling, since a roleblocker is the one role we might have that would have
majorly
benefitted from a lynch yesterday. I'm still willing to be on his lynch; "roleblocker" doesn't really discourage it the way the other three possibilities would. I don't advocate a counterclaim.

MBL's probably town. Some of his conclusions have been bizarre, but he has points in my book for the constant questions. I typed an opinion on what he seems to have found, but I'd rather read more reactions to that first. (Personally, I don't think I've seen it. The rest of you?)

You didn't and we went no lynch.
You said after that you changed your mind.
To bad you didnt post that before you went to bed or before the deadline when someone else could have done something about it.

Nightfall wrote:Although I was not a big fan of a possible Thesp lynch,

What? Thesp is not at the top of my possible scum list so I didn't have that strong a desire to see him get lynched... What is so confusing there?
