2-3 days for Newbies (which is a little optimistic of late, to be honest). SEs get in games slower because demand is lower than supply.

Either this is a big outlier or that range needs to be updated
As of the update on Saturday we didn't have enough Newer Players to start a new game. And RL has kicked into high gear this week so I'm behind on updating since then.
