But this isn't just luck.

This... is Optimize!

*Intro Theme, camera spins around with a quick glance at 20 virtual sets of spheres. It zooms in one set which spontaneously opens to show the innards of the spheres. A golden sphere flies in, spins around while it's opening, and shows a red $0 sign inside. It shuts, spins and opens again, and this time shows an ultraviolet $500,000 (where 0,01 euro and 1 000 000 euros are shown). The sphere closes and opens again, now showing all sorts of game components flying around on screen, with amounts of money on different colored backgrounds, spheres, along with the table are flying about. An ultraviolet sphere then flies in where it should be in the logo as its button turns red and the other letters fly in as the theme concludes.*

We're excited to get back to the action and since there... isn't a game we particularly have had recently and are talking about, and we certainly don't want to remind Kc of his last effort which isn't even possible anymore... more on that in a bit, we'd better get one of these talking points going. Boy I'm talking in run-on sentences and anecdotal interruptions I'm so excited.

...which is currently rubbing in the fact that the silver spheres backstage stuck you with the lamest target in the game, a 3.

A familiar sight to you no doubt. You've got four sectors to make money off of, but you're only getting one at the end. Each sector has its own money ladder which grows at different rates and its color is contained in a certain number of golden spheres. The more golden spheres a sector has, the more likely they're the one playing for keeps today.

Everyone's got a set of spheres with the numbers 0-4 among them. You simply need to pick a player who can pick higher than that target of 3 with... a 4, the only sphere in the rack that can do that, and their sector moves one space up the money ladder. Otherwise,

I think we're just in time. Okay, it's the 26th here as well, but whatever. A proper celebration it is anyway!

There's that target of 3 on the right - that's not a sphere, that's a holographic indicator.

Drench has five spheres, with the numbers 0-4 inside. If he finds that 4, the only thing higher than a 3, then the ultraviolet ladder goes up one space to that $1,000 spot.

Not this time, couldn't find a higher sphere. $500,000 is now unreachable because Drench is out of play now that you've picked him.

Remember, only the sector whose golden spheres are left standing at the end of it all will be the cash you're actually playing for. The other three are worthless diversions.

Let's see which one goes first...

So far this game is playing out no differently from the old ruleset, we would've removed one golden sphere anyway. But this time, they're going away every turn and that means you learn more and more as this game goes on.

*confetti falls above xtoph's place*
