Who is trying to keep options open to lynch town pr (or it looks like that's a possibility to me, anyway).
I favored Who for awhile but his reaction to being wagoned/potentially wagoned made me more inclined to lynch Baezu.
Here's my point. They both seem to be doing the same things, but I don't think both of them are scum. One is genuine. The other is not. So if you had to put your money on who was scum and who was town, which one would you pick and why?

They both made similar comments about doubting my claim, they both spammed the thread in the same way, they both say that if we kill them we can shoot for an achievement. They're doing the exact same things.

I JUST explained to you how they were doing them differently.
Assuming town is like the opposite of holding an ultimatum over your head to catch scum or you're scum.
Baezu didn't really spam like that, and as for the achievement thing, Who said it first so I'm of the opinion that Who is likely to be more genuine about it (especially after I backed off Who for saying it).
White Knighting is essentially the opposite of Chainsaw defending, where you attack the person calling town scum as scum in order to receive towncred later.
And absolutely white knighting is a scumtell. You can argue whether the action in question is really white knighting or not, but white knighting is still a scumtell. This is about as stupid an argument as "Buddying is not a scumtell". This normally comes from scum who knows that they have been caught dead-to-rights and are trying to discredit the argument while saying it's not scummy at the same time. It doesn't work.

White knighting can be a scum tell, situationally. But sometimes, people are just town and is town's job to protect other town. Sometimes, in order to do that, town white knights. It's town's job to look at it and determine if it comes from town or scum motivation.
Just like everyone who coincidentally attacks someone who happens to be attacking scum isn't chainsawing, calling someone town isn't white knighting.
That is really poor scumhunting and I think you are in that stage where you have learned the words and you want to use them. If I didn't think you were town for other reasons, I would say you were scummy for looking for flaws in posting to attack rather than motivation, but alas.
I'm having rather a difficult time parsing this one. The achievement thing is making everyone more than a little dopey, esp. earlygame, and there's not a whole lot of fulfilling content coming from anyone I've read so far.
