They open them up randomly, I had to wait about 40 minutes for Gilgamesh to open up. And I got that error as well, says I have 8 character spots, but only let me make one character total

All of the servers have been closed and open at various times, though some like Gilgamesh and Leviathan have been on the fuller side due to online communities choosing them as "their" server more often.

I was already in the Rough Trade LS first, which I had had to apply to online. We've done Sashata together and stuff.

Well I think devs are basically manually locking popular stuff until the unpopular stuff gets to a somewhat more even kneel. It's been ~3.5 hours waiting, not sure if I want to continue.
