OK, can someone simply explain how to download Rei's Minimap into 1.6.2 while on Windows 8? Everything has changed (#taylorswift) and now it's super tricky.

Try to use Zan instead. I've played with both, and Zan's is more useful than Rei's.

Doesnt wool cut fall damage? use something other than wool. if just 4 players, could probably use planks- 4 tree types. if more than that, could use logs for the extra 4

Wool does not cut fall damage. Water does.
