You guys ever thought about using mumble or teamspeak for this? If you haven't heard of it, it's basically done in channels were anyone can join and talk instead of being done by calls. The nice thing about this is you can just join the channel when you want to play, and then start when you get enough people, instead of having to call everyone. It also doesn't rely on one person having a good connection.

I think there is already a mumble mafia server http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22037 here, but I could host a mumble or teamspeak server if necessary.

Just something to think about. I'll be on skype to play next week, looking forward to playing with you guys.

Sounds like there's some possible advantages. We should talk about it when you're online. Currently the co-ordination doesn't feel like a problem, though, as there's a Skype room permanently available until a game is organised.
