So I noticed my name in the SE queue, but I have not even been in a game outside Road to Rome. Does this mean, I can't join a game until its finished, even when I'm next in line?
Ummm i think that's a carry over, and that is a concern i just thought of, what if a new player only plays newbie games (technically could just stay a newb forever )

For now, I'm implementing a hard maximum of two games as a newbie per player. (More experienced players can still replace in for newbie slots, just as it has been in the past.) If you have an opinion on this, discussion on it is happening in this thread.

Yes, that's what it means. After two games, you're not really a Newbie anymore. The new ruling is good, to be honest. You should go to other queues and see what else we have to offer. Especially with the implementation of the new Micro game type, there's no more arguing that "bigger games take forever".
