Right. If we lynch scum today and he kills scum tonight then he loses, he knows that. But if we lynch scum today and he kills town then he'll be lynched. There is no way for him to win in this scenario, so there's nothing in it for him if he doesn't try and kill scum. If we lynch town he will try and kill scum because he has to eliminate the scum. If we lynch him today we'll have two unknown scum tomorrow, if we don't we'll have 1 unknown and 1 known scum.

. I am sending notifications to each player. If no one has been lynched by deadline, the procedure outlined in the rules will take effect:

11) Deadlines will be imposed at the mod’s discretion. The following procedure will be reached if a deadline is reached without a majority decision:
If half are not voting (or are voting for no-lynch), then day will end without a lynch. If not (ie: more than 50% are voting for players), then the player with the most votes will be lynched.
If there is a tie among the players with the most votes, I will have everyone still in the game player PM me a vote for one of the tied players.
If this still does not break the tie, I will choose who is lynched at random from among the tied players.

It would be pretty ballsy to claim, because there was always a chance that those kills were done by a vig who could counterclaim.

I'll have to think about this some more, but I'm not sure about this. If there were a vig or a SK they would likely

not

out themselves to counterclaim ThAdmiral. It would be in their best interests to stay quiet. A vig would be able to NK ThAdmiral for sure and maybe even avoid getting killed himself. A SK would love that a mafia claimed SK because he could stay anonymous and, if he NK'd scum, would still be in the running.

That's why I'm concerned ThAdmiral might be falseclaiming.

On another note, if we ultimately decide to lynch Bogre and he comes up mafia I definitely think the best NK is Jules, not HackerHuck.

Well, the play's the thing, isn't it? Therefore I think at (probable lynch-or-lose and under a deadline), the key is to get the most information out there possible. Role name please, Jules? I think I know who Bogre is.

And I think there's two scum and an SK, based on kill patterns. 3 scum/no SK/overactive vigilante seems very unlikely. 3 scum and 1 SK seems like bastard modding. It's also possible, though improbable, that our two kills are from two scum (R&G) who do not know each other and must communicate in thread. I suspect that if their NK targets the other, they discover themselves and can communicate thereafter. This is all supposition, though, and knowing role names will help sort that out.

Also, sorry for rich's behavior. He was a tool.

We might out some scum...but we might reveal the doctor (if there is one). William shakespeare doesn't imply serial killer though so that might be safe.

I think the mafia will probably kill ThAdmiral and so we would just be wasting our lynch. Surely they can't afford to have him around.
