Fritzler's suspension is lifted. He may post and talk to his other head.

I'm sorry mod, but can you please post a new member list? Like a whole list of who is with which head, with the new replacements? Thanks.

The list in the first post is currently up to date. It includes all replacements.
I replaced into Chess Mafia for 6 months, and all I got was a win and this lousy sig.

Okay. Sorry to say, I've not developed any major suspicions, although I've got a few theories. One of these is that Re2Eon blocked Pablito/STD night 1, and the "never liked docs" was a breadcrumb or something (what townie actually dislikes docs?) and tacit apology.
Chamber does. He thinks they encourage shitty play.

Mod note:
Fritzler's suspension was not due to anything in-game. I can't elaborate any more at this time.

Hmm.

MBL and I discussed this game for a few minutes the other day (that seems to be the most time I can ever squeeze out of him - grrr) on AIM, and he speculated that Amb may be feigning disinterest in the game whilst actively playing so as to stay under the radar for "posting" without giving all too many suspicions (instead hiding under the guise of bandwagoning people until the game is small enough so that there won't be so much spamming). Not sure if he wanted me to post this, but it certainly seems like a definitely possibility, and I have been rolling that marble around in my head for a while now that it has been brought to my attention.

However, since Amb has promised a reread, I am more than willing to see what (if anything) he comes up with, and then go from there.

Klebian wrote:"Yet, this said, you are (still) better than most..." is how it's to be interpreted.

You said "So basically, you're saying you're not willing to put any effort into a game after complaining that most mafiascum games are full of pure dribble, which is generally caused by people not putting any effort into the game. Good job there, hypocrit."
The claim against you is that you yourself are being hypocritical by calling her a hypocrit, because you
yourself
are not posting content... and then semi-attacking ambic for not wanting to take an effort into posting content in a game where it probably won't be read, and no one will take an effort to respond, etc.
Ah, ok. I was confused about that.

Here's the thing. I'm not being a hypocrit, because I'm not claiming to have a problem with Amb not posting content, EXCEPT for the fact that he complained about other people not posting content. I'm calling Amb a hypocrit for complaining about people not posting content. I myself am not complaining about people not posting content, so I can't be a hypocrit by calling Amb a hypocrit.

Okay, this game sucks. I might go for a lynch Pooky/Adele just for the heck of it at this rate, even though I don't think they are the most likely pair to be scum at this point. And since I haven't seen MBL on AIM for ages, I'll have to ask what he thinks of that in-thread.

Well, Pooky isn't trying very hard, and Adele's trying to appear like she's trying hard. Someone else who usually tries hard is not trying at all and that tells me to

Still here, still not reread nearly enough. What I've seen of Day 3 leads me to not particularly like the PookyAdele wagon, so
vote: GlorkOS
based on nebulous recollection of having suspected them in a past life.
I think it's pretty clear that TSS's awesomeness did alter the roles each of us recieved, and thus he's obviously pro-town. -- Save The Dragons

I realize that you make an incredibly detailed and logically sound argument, TSS, but my tiny half-brain needs more explanation than that. :(

I used to think indifference was a sign of scumminess, but with so many indifferent people on this site lately, it's impossible to pick out lazy scum amidst all the lazy town.

I for one commit to a complete reanalysis of this game, but only if the lazy town post and commit to the same.

Here's some food for thought, Pooky. Who do
you
suggest we bandwagon, then? The combined record of yours and Adele's voting record is as follows:

Day One

Vote Nobody

Day Two

Vote Nobody

Day Three

A "random vote" on Klebian

The two of you have been completely useless. If you don't want to be wagoned, suggest an alternate wagon with an explanation, and try actually
voting
. The town doesn't have much of a shot at winning of townspeople don't even bother to vote. Your "random vote" does not do much for me, seeing as Klebian/spectrumvoid were the people who started the wagon on you in the first place, so if anything, your first vote in the game (which came on Day Three), which you purport to be "random" looks like simple OMGUSery.

Sorry about my absence (I've been completely absent from the site).

PJ, sorry I don't have a huge voting record; that whole issue has been discussed already, as part of the "we lurked like crazy folk" convo. Earlier I said that discussion was stalled the the point that we were back at square one, hence the random vote. Note the lack of my use of dice tags; I'm prepared to accept that people might read ulterior motives in my random votes, in fact I think that's a big part of the point of them. However, I don't think that I (and it was me, rather than Pooky, that actually placed that vote) have a tendency towards OMGUSing. I've always been faintly amused by the idea; I certainly don't think it discourages votes, so what's the point?

More soon, but I'm short on time (as always)
