64x64 blocks is the largest size. Which I think is 16 chunks, but obviously unless you place it carefully it will normally be across 25 at that size.

I'm don't have a problem with this. All I spawned in on the current world was a portal gun so Klaz could clear the portals that were bugging out, and that was only temporary.

Actually, while the max size is 64x64, that's the size of the frame. So the actual maximum digging size is 62x62.

Treetap is just Wood Planks, which they can get way too easily.

Ok, fair enough. I don't really have an issue with it, some bits just seem a little random. So we stick that pastie in the config and it magics starter kits for everyone, right?

Also, upon investigation of the pastie you see above, you'll find that instead of a Notebook I've put in 9 Sheets of Paper. Seemed simpler than running the risk that they accidentally get a full Notebook through some NEI/Creative/Mod loophole or something. People who want the Notebook can just craft their own easily, using the PCT and the Paper.
