Lol, kidding. But, in all seriousness, as I said before, it's not starting over that I dislike, it's that I don't like losing things I worked hard to get. I mean, yeah, a nano suit is easy to get, because it's all coal, but it takes an insane amount of time and effort. Hence the reason I want to keep it. And that helmet. OMFG that helmet. I can find diamonds easily, but I'd really like my quarry, considering I haven't even gotten a chance to use it yet.
Also, wtf is the point in xycraft? Pretty blocks? Or is there a sole purpose to it?

I'm PMing izak about the startup kit thingy now. We'll discuss it and get back to all with what hopefully will be something that can accomodate the needs of everyone; those who want a completely clean slate and those who would like to not be dirt (or Stone?) poor for the first few hours of their Direwolf20 experience.

Honestly I like the idea of everyone getting like 2 or 3 things if they want, otherwise they go fresh. Truthfully I only need the single diamond so I can immediately make a Twilight portal. This time I want to do all my dealings in Twilight. The Solar Helmet would be nice for obvious reasons...and well I got so accustomed to the Travelers Boots that moving around without them is painfully slow now.
It's gonna be hard to start fresh as it is when we've amassed so much in this time.

Don't worry, spawn will be nice and prettiful once we get our new Modpack. Twilight Portal, Nether Portal, anything people want to help build as soon as we're up.
I'd like to have a little community there too, rather than just all scattering to the four winds...a Twilight-side to the community wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

playing anything on SSP will be more laggy than SMP because SSP runs an entire server in your computer which is not optimized to run thigns on a server-level, lie kthe server we use to host shit is. It does all the hard work.
DW20 will be approx. the same lagg-wise as mindcrack on user-end

Could we perhaps get an AFK command in this one, so that when we do actually go afk no one tries to talk to you. Just a suggestion. We don't need /tpa or anything, because Mystcraft.

Maybe restrict to two or three items to something players already have on the current server. IE no one says "I want a nuclear reactor" because do you even have one?
