I directed you to what? and I don't know exactly which direction, but there is an unexplored Lich Tower near there.
The maze is unexplored (minus what I have done)

Go to the mindcrack folder, (backup world and shit first)
under config,
find thaumcraft.cfg,
open with notepad,
scroll down to bottom,
find aura nodes or whatever,
set to true, find regen key,
set to anything, done.

Deleting them will cause them to regenerate, much like deleting the end folder will regenerate the end.

Disclaimer: I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is how it works, like many other things.

My quarry shouldn't blow up unless you turn all three engines on at the same time Dav, and not have the redstone engines working.

All three were on when I got kicked, but redstone engines are always on.
