By "reset" I mean that it appears that all Nodes on already-explored chunks have been deleted except for those generated by Silverwood Trees. Not sure how this has effected the Twilight, but it means that the nearest Node to implosion is actually the one in the grove of Silverwoods near my house. This kind of thing is bad bad bad.

if this relates to the overworld, we're not deign any kind of regen in any way shape or form for the forseeable future. The community is too evenly split for me to feel comfortable doing any of the three options, and we therefor default to the simplest: "do nothing".
If you mean nether regen, It is so unused it is pointless to do an unused-only regen, and I'd just prefer we either kept it and explored or regen'd.

I think i know what caused it and @nextupdate I will test. if we cause it again,then nothing we can do about it. Unfortunately this makes upgrading a huge pain in my ass if my idea does fix it.

I don't think we have far to explore to get new nether chunks. We're all relatively close together with our builds.
The problem with Portal guns is that when you make portals, it loads all the chunks the portals exist in twice, which if done too much will cause some major crashing problems. At least I was experiencing lag while Klaz was playing with it last night.

I thought he was re-writing the mod to fix that kind of thing?
