When Corin was bought out by Bowl of Noodles, Claus happened to be at a sticky point in rl where he had no time to deal with the switch/etc, and i said I'd gladly get everything taken care of for him and pay the bills, without a thought of helpiung2admin, and then he went and said i was admin SAYWUT? so lyke yeah.

TBQH, I was not online or checking the server for a few months at that time. Having me or no one as an admin was about pretty much the same thing. You on the other hand were super active, and basically solving all the technical problems even before that, so it made sense to make it official

Nay. Damaging blocks is the big threat of creepers in a developed server like this where most of us have good armor - and even if one does get you it's rarely hard to get your stuff back. Disabling Creeper block damage in

any

way makes them too un-threatening.

Players are currently defaulted to Builder, and admins to Admin.

Tell me if these are agreeable or not by the majority of the userbase.

AS WELL:
Teleporting has a cooldown of 10 or 5 mintues, i don't remember which, with a 10 second timer between typing the command and it executing, and a 30 second wait required after being attacked by a monster/damage taken (IE: no more telporting to cheat death, IE: More vanilla)
the /repair command for admins, if they are even ABLE to abuse it, will no longer repair their enchanted tools, so their aboose will be minimal. (besides, even if we did aboose it, we each have over like 5 stacks of diamonds apiece, we can afford the diamonds to make new diamond tools)
assorted other modifications i don't remember

Creepers are supposed to blow things up. Its part of the game. You promised claus you wouldn't change core game mechanics which this and things like fire spread, etc are core game mechanics of a survival server. Protect your shit/don't run towards structures when being chased by or fighting creepers/tell people if you get their shit creepered. As for surface/landscape damage, I'm rather fond of the WW2-esque landscape surrounding spawntown, but we can certainly make it a requirement for people to attempt to make creeper craters they cause look more natural if it happens in sight of civilization or someone's home. I usually do if I come across a rogue creeper and the landscape is otherwise pristine, but some areas are already beyond help.

oh and claus and mme kept op rather than being confined into this new admin policy, because honestly i'm goign to take a "i'm paying for thsi server and as such my way or highway" second here and say: They fucking deserve it.

Does this mean they can cheat-in prot4 super-enchated godmode diamond armor, and tools, and weapons, then constantly /repair them, does this mean they can /xp 10000 themselves for isnta level 100, does this mean they have creative mode? Yes. Do I think they should be allowed to do all of these things? Yes. Do I think they would ever even if we told them to or they were banned? No. And that is why they deserve it.

If Claus godmodes himself some prot4 armor, I have the trust in him enough to go "there was a good reason, and i don't need to know or he'd have told me already", and I'm forcing all you to take the same attitude, because he's deserved it. I apologize if you disagree with me, but there's the door if you're that strongly opposed to me leaving them their OPedness. soya

Its a game.
If you enjoy Vanilla-ing it then that's cool, and if you enjoy flying around (because you have the powers/gifts from SantaClaus) then that's cool too. You'd best believe it that if I could fly I would. >________________>
