Your "plan" sounds fair enough, Someone, especially if DP has agreed to it. Let's remember, people, thatwe haven't entirely cleared DP (or anyone else) yet. We have a bunch of people dancing around the sanity of a claimed cop, and we still have absolutely zero suspects. The point of the journey is not to arrive...-

Agreed. I like the plan, but it only helps establish the sanity of DP's role.if he is a cop at all. If he's mafia, he could just come out and say "guilty" tomorrow and we'd all be like "Hey! He got it right! Hemustnot be trying to kill us in our sleep. Let's not lynch him ever, ever, ever."
There is no reason to force mlaker to role claim. We will be getting information about him soon enough that forcing mlaker to claim is just risking the outing of a powerful role.
Mikehart, you're right, I had confused your stance on the issue with those of your attackers. In either case, I don't see being for or against DP as being much of an argument for their innocence or guilt. There are valid reasons for believing either side.
So it looks like we're kind of back to square one. I guess I'll look back through the thread again to see if anyone's suspicious.

Unvote: mikehartbecuase it's mostly baseless now.
Instead of debating DP's sanity some more, which I think we've decided is a futile exercise, I'll just grab at some straws here andFOS: Sugar. She seems way too eager to get mlaker lynched, and seemed to just accept his guilt without question. Her telling me to vote for Leo was pretty weird too.-

JereIC - You FOSed me on page 11, and now within 2 pages I've gone from asking you a question to telling you what to do.
The post you're upset about was written in response to yours on the same page, where Leo's ability not only got him out of his lynch, but somehow convinced you and a few others of his innocence. I simply don't agree.
I'm eager to get scum lynched. He and Leo seem like good candidates to me. I'm willing to back off if either make a role claim that's convincing. So far, neither of them has. Does this really make me look guilty to you?JereIC wrote:FOS: Sugar. She seems way too eager to get mlaker lynched... Man! Today is so loopy! - The Tick-

Still in Korea.
I'm unwilling to vote mlaker because I have excellent reasons to question DP's claim (and at least sanity). Besides, we already have a plan to establish it.
As to the alternative, it does not really appeal to me right now.
So:vote: Crix, for a very impressive lurking.
Maybe we could have mlaker claim anyway, even though I'm not sure it's a brilliant idea to give mafia more info."Go tell the Spartans, thou who passest by, that here obedient to their laws we lie." -

Y'know, this is interesting: suddenly everyone goes quiet, even though we have a sizeable bandwagon on mlaker. We also have Someone and his "master plan" which apparently absolves him from the need to talk, even though (in my mind) he's one of the more suspicious players in this game. Perhaps now would be the time for you to speak up, me buckos. Let's see if I can encourage that:

I am here, just extremely busy this past week getting ready for college,
I have kept up with the thread, but have had nothing constructive to add. Sorry.
Speaking of which. I do think Someone's plan is good and worth the time and effort, it would either give 3 innocents, 2 guilties, or nothing. (in order umm.. whatever the backwards one is.. insane?/sane/paranoid)
So it's either good, or doesn't change anything, hopefully we'll go with the first half of that equation.
Ok, I'll be leaving to go up to my dorm soon, don't expect anything more until tomorrow night at the earliest..yup-

Oh come on dour.....Why are you voting for me? I do you really think that I am lurking??? My opinions are known, I just created a fairly good plan, and I was voting for mikehart. And then you come, out of the blue and say....that I'm not active enough? What happened to Darkblade, jadesmar, massive, all these people, who arent even voting, who have posted less then me, and youvote for me???
Congrats, you've just become my no.1 suspect. This is just here so my posts don't look so ugly when I edit them.-

Hey, as I said I was grasping at straws. From what I've seen, I think mlaker and Leo make poor suspects. DP looks quite insane, having gotten two guilty results in two days, and one of those having already been lynched without them turning out to be scum (although Leo is not necessarily good either). Your suggestion to lynch mlaker as a test of DP's sanity seemed absurd to me, especially since there are easier ways to test him.Sugar wrote:JereIC wrote:FOS: Sugar for asking why I'm not voting for Leo.

I suppose I see where you're coming from, though. They're the only two folks out there with guilty results on their heads right now. But I think forcing them to role claim may be too much. What if mlaker is some sort of cop who gets role information as results? Would it be worth exposing him to test DP's sanity, especially with Miracle Max dead?
Either way,Vote: Dourgrimis potentially a more useful persuit right now. It's really weird that he demanded Someone start talking "again", when Someone's last post was yesterday, and Dourgrim refered to it.-

The same holds true. The only reason that you were voting for me was that I have been supposedly quiet. Not only is that a lie, but there are a lot of people who have been postingmuchless then me.
So, following this train of thought your "fos that will soon turn in to a vote if you don't talk" is nothing more then crap logic, therefore, it is based on nothing.
This is just here so my posts don't look so ugly when I edit them.-

I know it was a FOS but as I said, it makes no difference. When someone points an Fos at me I would like to have something to defend myself from. I continue to think that the FoS is unjustified and I continue my vote.Someone, I did not vote for you! That was an FoS, not a vote. This is just here so my posts don't look so ugly when I edit them.-

Vote for me all you want, Someone... the fact remains that you have been intentionally misleading the Town by repeatedly saying that I'm voting for you when I'm not. And you know what the most fun thing about all of this is? I wanted to hear more from you because you had (and still have) failed to allay my suspicions, and the only thing you do is rant and rave about my FoS. That'd be almost funny if it weren't such an obvious ploy to avoid attention. The reasons to be suspicious of you are well documented throughout the thread, and the only thing preventing people from voting for you and lynching you because of those reasons is the fact that no one really trusts DP's "Grandpa" claim or his sanity. I really don't care howoftenyou post... I care what you have to say in those posts. So far all I see is smoke and mirrors.
