Rags to Riches Building Event

** Update **

Goal: To make a community building from scratch, through a building mini-marathon: 4-8 hours of cooperative building on the server.

I will investigate some virgin places on the server and post suggestions here later. If you could PM me with your preferred Biome (Forests, mountains, etc), I will take that into account. I should decide the place on wednesday next week at the latest, so that we can gather material there. (I will try to build a small shack with an enderchest nearby to make transportation easier).

Fishy: what is your value on other things? Sandstone was a random one I wouldn't've guessed...
What other things would make appealing trade currency given your situation?

I'll value coal, redstone, iron bars, diamonds at 1:1:10:200. Gold I have essentially none of. I've got a fair bit of obsidian I could part with, lets value it at 40 (but only 3 stacks available). I've no real wish to do anything particularly time consuming - 9 wither skulls are probably out (and wouldn't beat the diamonds anyway - in the points scale I'd have 1 wither skull = 2000 or so, given how long they take me to acquire compared with diamonds). I can't think of anything else valuable, but if there's anything else you'd like ask.

So, current best bid is still 63 diamonds = 12600 (unless Klaz's 50 diamond bid stands), plus 30 at the lowest price from Xalxe.

Ok UT, I'm curious... you have dress rehearsals for concerts? What's the point in that? Getting used to playing (or singing I guess) in nice clothes?

it's a bit of a misnomer, you don't actually come in dress. it's just a runthrough in the hall
