a world where the game is kind of derp and people are piling on N for a bad opening post (when he replaced a guy that was a major wagon day 1) and he thinks he can get away with it - seriously it's not very far fetched

i mean my problem here is tonally i read N as town where rachmarie is super scummy but circumstantially has interactions suggesting she might be town, strategically though i don't think she's a great lynch at all based on the dreams. neither is likely to ever be of any value to this game whatsoever.

Ugh. I feel like I'm totally lost because I'm getting nothing from reading anything in this game. I'll give reading 4nxi3ty another try tomorrow in the hopes that my head will be clearer by then. Other than that, the kills are bothering me; Mehdi2277 was widely read as town but wasn't particularly a strong force, which suggests to me that scum were in a comfortable enough position at that point in time to not feel threatened by the people they left alive. Right now, that's my main hang-up, but I can't seem to make heads or tails of anything.

So I here there's some scum to catch.

What are your thoughts on DeasVail, N, and Staeg?

Yeah I searched "manho" and early scum-mentions are pretty low, also gamma hopped very weakly after 3 votes so maybe. But yeah, I'll sheep MattP 5 out of 7 days of the week.

A scumflip from N will have me looking pretty closely at peta too, because manho's reaction to peta expressing suspicion was bad, and I always gutread peta as town anyway.

You're missing out the reciprocal, which is why would scum tie themselves to a mislynch to an extent that it looks like they're bussing a partner? Specially one which doesn't even need support to go through. Not how towncred works.

And N is scum because KoC trying to just wing it on another easy mislynch first thing in the day makes no sense. Also because dream, and also because of that post I pointed out where he tried to defend against said KoC-behaviour point, which was either just a weak attempt at a defence, or a scum getting lynched for the wrong reason post. And the implication was there that he knows KoC's scumplay pretty well, which doesn't really sit with the justification. Immediate justification of potential perceived scumslips is also a pretty big alarm for me.
