Also, whoever just died near some random town way down south, I just picked up a bunch of your shit while traveling.

Could just be the chunk hadn't loaded in awhile so the item's've been there for awhile.
Happened to me while building the (now disappeared?!) Nether Path that Fishy mentioned.

So few people were even loading the chunk where I died that after I

disconnected

ragequit [/honesty] I came back the next day and, since it was the first time the chunk had been loaded since my death...all my "shit" was still there. It was weird.

The maze is hidden and is just in that general location. Like, I'm not even sure if the rail is near the testificate town, to be honest. It's been a few months since I've logged in. Noone will be able to find it. I had the coords and couldn't find it. ._.

Also, yeah, but I dunno. Noone's ever been as far out as my house except me until now. So I'm sure whoever it is might still want their stuff back.

Lots of recent building (ie. route to desert temple) in the nether seems to have vanished? Overworld stuff done at the same time still around. Could this be something to do with bukkit update?

Hmmmm, It is possible. Fortunately, I backed up everything just before the update. But I have no time right now to restore the nether backup and check if everything is correct. Maybe I will have some time sunday, if you guys want to try it. Until then, try not to build on the nether too much.

ya while you're filming get coords for all these places so we have a sort of tourist guide.

I'm planning to write a tourist guide in a book, with attractions sorted by area, with coordinates, how to get there, builder, and a description.

The only thing of mine that I like and doesn't appear on Xalxe's current list is the railway which runs (for now) between the jungle temple and the mushroom house/creeper church.

@maestro: For the ones I built; creeper church is near the mushroom house. You can get to them by walking through the nether towards my base, but taking the "mushroom biome" portal. It's then a short railway ride to the mushroom house. Alternatively, take the railway from the portal above my base. The floating castle is near town, above the sea.

Dunno about the others, not sure I've seen them.

@izak: I'm probably being an idiot, but I can't find your base through the nether. How do you get there?

Go though the town portal, in front of you and to your left you'll see a nether brick tunnel with several pillars of lava in front of it. Follow it to the end and you'll come to a garden with my portal in it, which leads to the entrance.
