What kind of doors do you want? Iron? Piston? Sand-pusher? 3x3 double-extender? ROFL-flop key triple-pulse activation piston cycle?

Spawners only appear in dungeons/mineshafts/fortresses/strongholds. Which is why Minecraft needs bigger and better dungeons, and more structures.
