I've seen "2 Mafia, and two circles of lynchers, each pair of whom have a separate neighbourhood" done offsite. (Oh, and the rules were written to heavily imply that there was a single SK rather than two scum, and a single lyncher cycle.)

During the day, you can only vote and post after half the deadline for the day. You can also choose a player to give a huge truck of bread during the game. That player will be so stuffed with bread that he'll be unable to perform actions for a day/night cycle. You win if your bread is delicious (and also with town).

Unless the target is a cop the player will be prevented from tracking you, roleblocking you and killing you for the rest of the game(including that night). If you target the cop you will be arrested(removed from the game) or have your moonshine 'confiscated'(roleblocked). Insert win condition.

If they roleblock you, this causes a time paradox that causes everybody to lose.
