I think these posts need to be reread and looked back on. Bogre claimed townie but yet he was still lynched by this two towards the end. Yosaiain2, that is really suspicious, you just saying, "Can we just lynch him, then?" Isnt that what a Scum wants to do, Lycnch Townies.

Ibaesha, you seem to be following the footsteps of Ibaesha as these posts I quoted were 3 posts right in a row. To me both of you are Suspiciosus right now, and seem to be working as Scum Partners. I already voted for Yosaiain2 so:

Scum wants to lynch anyone who isn't a part of their group. If anything, scum wants to lynch power roles more than vanilla townies if they can succeed. This is why lynching vanilla townies is BWCS (Best Worst Case Scenario) for town on Day 1 of most games.

You're attempting to insinuate that because I chose to lynch someone who claimed vanilla townie over no-lynching is scummy. It isn't. Also, why are you dismissing the other 12 people who assisted in Bogre's lynch?

Yes, this is why I'm attempting to be patient here. I'm getting a strong newbie-vibe from his questions. They're just ... kind of bone-headed. I'm not quite sure what he's trying to accomplish. However, even if it is newbie-ness, it doesn't dismiss him from being newbie-scum.

(shrug) He was looking extremly scummy, and had completly given up defending himself, and posting all together for that matter. When I realized he had already claimed vanillia (a claim scum often do make, BTW), it seemed like there was no more reason to wait. I wasn't lynching him BECAUSE he was a vanillia townie, I was lynching him because he was either a scum or a vanillia townie who wasn't even posting to defend himself; I thought scum was more likely, but either way I was fine with it as a day 1 lynch, as a vanillia townie who's not posting is completly worthless for the town anyway.

Besides, I have a long-standing belief that a good guy who is vanillia should NEVER claim, while for a scum it often is the best move to claim vanillia, so if someone claims vanillia on day 1 I'm generally very willing to lynch them; I'd rather lynch someone who claimes vanillia then someone who refuses to claim, especally on day 1. There was a long discussion on the subject in the mafia stratagy forum a while back where I make my beliefs on the matter clear, viewtopic.php?t=2872.

Iba: Yup, I agree that he is giving off newbie vibes. However, I believe him to be newbie scum. Reasons as stated both in my earlier posts anad below.

Now he seems to be trying to throw suspicion off himself by trying to accuse others. Claiming vanilla townie on day 1 usually equals mafia. (Empasis on

). In any mafia game, if I was vanilla townie, I'd never claim my role. So there's nothing wrong with lynching people who claim vanilla townie.

BM, I find it interesting that you waited till now (aka when you have votes on you) to accuse IB. If you weren't just trying to throw suspicion off yourself, you'd probably have pointed that she didn't answer your question earlier. I also don't really believe that you 'just didn't explain it better', it as in the reason for voting Yo. Townies would put a clear reason why they vote someone. No clear reason = bandwagoning.
