That's more of a "where the fuck did that just come from and why" than anything else. Sure, ANYONE could be neighbors with Glork because of his role, but that is really specific and weird.

You ask like we know what it actually does, and

when

it was actually used. As if Vi was instantaneously online IMMEDIATELY when it was used in order to put it into effect. It could've been a PM sent before the vote, it could've been a scum call the night before that was put into effect with the number.

Also...

Nikanor brought up a good point. Basic reasoning skillz do not account for POSTING. The only thing that could've been deduced at that point in time was that his vote couldn't move.
