My thoughts are that it's probably not a substitute. Scum can't possibly only have one ability and a kill. In my experience with Vi games, there's some sort of time element (like worshiping, or gifting, etc), so I'd bet it has something to do with that?

@GreyICE...I don't remember him saying anything that the ability was indicative of scum...?

We don't have enough info to reach any conclusion, we are just increasing the post count, and scum are certainly wily enough to act confused/not even post while everyone is in an uproar.
