Basically what I'm saying is, I get a few scummy vibes from Romanus but it's early days yet. I find it worrying that Lumos is happy just to do as Rosso says.

Alright, I kinda overreacted to the vote. The real reason I reacted at all was because of who the two initial votes were. And Rosso, don't think that you can speak for the entire town. Just because you don't want to hear about other game doesn't mean someone will or should get lynched for it. I always find scummy, the behavior that claims to control the entire town, a statement like this:

Plz dont bring your other shitty games up or face a daykill, kthx.

Claiming to have the power of the entire town is presumptuous at best, scummy at worst.
Quite frankly, I am not concerned about the wagon that has formed on me. I rather enjoy the spotlight.

Right now, my biggest suspect is Rosso because he is trying to run the town, telling people what to do. It is a way to make people inherently believe you are town. Call it OMGUS if you like, but since I am good guy and Rosso is the one who is really driving this wagon, that equals scummy to me, at least right now.

I'm not sure where I stand on the whole Romanus/Rosso Carne deal yet. Romanus indeed strikes me as somewhat scummy, but I'm not comfortable with putting him on lynch-1 yet. I'm gonna re-read the thread and come back with some thoughts later.

On another note, I'd like to point out to the mod that I've been voting for mikeburnfire since page 1. I know he hates it, but I think the following is in order:

Patrick, I think we all know how to play this game to some extent. Do you think that I would go along with my scum partner just like that from the start? Normally people aren't that obvious, otherwise they're just plain stupid.

I think Romanus is our most likely scum canidate so far, so I'm voting for him. Yes I could be wrong, but he hasn't made any good moves in his defense yet. Except for trying to turn it around back at Russo because he "speaks for the town"

I actually agree with Rosso on this one, lets see who is jumping on this wagon, and if they actually have reasons of their own. Lumos has been very unimpressive in actually coming up with reasons. Others seemed to have gotten on this wagon without much effort.

Does noone else see that Rosso is ruling this town. Also, Rosso, it is a lot easier for scum to duck and let you take the brunt when you pull this. They don't have to push for a lynch, you are doing their work for them. Oh wait, no, damn, I'm sorry, that's stupid because Rosso is scum, or at least scummy.

I reread the thread, and I think that Lumos is the most likely scum, followed by Romanus.

First of all, it should be noted that "trying to lead the town" the way Rosso Carne is doing is not a scum tell, it's a playstyle. Yes, he has been very agressive and pushing the Romanus wagon hard, but there's no way to tell if his intentions are good or bad at this point. The fact that Romanus is trying to paint Rosso as scummy based on it is therefore quite peculiar. I didn't really see the point of his bandwagon when it started, but his baseless accusations are really casting a bad light on Romanus.

So, while leading the town is not scummy in my book, being easily led

, which brings me to Lumos. Rosso didn't just ask him to join the wagon. I quote:

This is what prompted Lumos to join. Getting a little scared there that you might already expose yourself if you didn't, Lumos? It's also noted that you wanted Romanus to claim on page 4, which is quite premature. Unless he is in serious danger of being lynched (which he isn't), it would be really stupid to potentially reveal a power role at this point.

I have to say that I don't think that both Lumos and Romanus are scum, but I'm very confident that one of them is. And it's more likely Lumos, who tried to fuel the bandwaggon without actually joining it (and did so only when he was called for it).
