unvote, vote: armlx

I'm not buying the confused play. There has been plenty of discussion that shows he DID NOT claim. Even if he did mistakenly think Lordy had claimed, there has also been a lot of discussion that casts reasonable doubt upon the alignment of such a claim, yet armlx chimes in by saying Lordy's role makes sense as if that's the most natural thing in the world.

I suspect someone has an inate ability to move offices (or in the office there is equipment to open a closed office and move there).

As too scum? Not sure as yet. Need to think on some more. Not sure it's lordy, as he's been blasted for a claim he never made. Someone on that wagon as been trying to cast him in a bad light.

Why aren't we pursuing Spamwise today, anyways, after yesterdays scuminess?

Because new stuff has come up that has greater priority than myself? Not that I'm complaining or anything, pursue me if you want. But I openly admit I was pretty poor yesterday, I'll try and rectify that today.

I'm not feeling the Colonel Kurtz wagon. As far as I'm aware he believes/d that a role swapper would be a scummy role for whatever reason. I can see where the ambiguity about his statements comes from, but I just don't see him as scum. (yet)

Again, that's not the reason people are on the Lordy bandwagon.

Interesting to see you defend him with that kind of crap logic, though.

Looks like it's time for me to make a lurker list.

Lurker List:

BabyJesus: Not really a lurker, he did just post on the 1’st, but does it seem to anyone else he’s not posting as much as usual? He’s only posted twice since July 11’th, and I’d like to hear more from him.

Harry_Potter: He just posted, and he did say he’d be out of town until Augest 10’th so there’s no sense prodding him. Nonetheless, even before he said that, he only posted 4 times all game, and has said almost nothing. Once he gets back, we really need to hear a lot more from him.

MrBuddyLee: Lurker. Has not posted since July 18’th. Mod, please prod him.

PookyTheMagicalBear: Lurker. Has only posted once in the past month.

bluemonick (replacing viper0933): Has only posted once since he replaced viper, and that was about a week ago.

Note for later: post 405. Who it indicates as guilty and who as innocent, however, remains to be seen. Basically I can interpret Cesspit as not, in fact, saying that the Lordy bandwagon was based on the claim he didn't make; but that doesn't mean he
did
intend the charitable interpretation. I think I'd like him to clarify his statement.
I think it's pretty clear that TSS's awesomeness did alter the roles each of us recieved, and thus he's obviously pro-town. -- Save The Dragons

MrBuddyLee, Pooky, and bluemonick have been prodded. I'm not sure if that was a prod request on BabyJesus or not. I'll prod him as well if people wish.

Not much point in prodding Harry_Potter right now, but I'm willing to do it when he gets back from his vacation.

first of all, we got to figure out how many mafia groups there are and try to target them, breaking them up.

Im not sure on the Lordy situation now, but Im happy keeping my vote there for a little longer to back up my original believes.

Ill post more later.

Ignoring everyone else, let's see who's bandwagonning:

Lynching Bogre:

Harry_Potter, Fritzler, BabyJesus, lordy, Yosarian2, armlx, Max, MrBuddyLee, mystery meat of doom, zu_Faul, ibaesha, Colonel Kurtz, spectrumvoid

Voting Lordy:

SpamWise, Mastermind of Sin, bluemonick, Yosarian2, BabyJesus, PookyTheMagicalBear, Fritzler

People on both lists:

Fritzler, BabyJesus, Yosarian2

Now, profiling Fritzler and BabyJesus as wild bandwagoners, that leaves Yosarian2. I realize voting Yosarian for
not
being an excessive voter and lyncher seems silly, but there's something less tangible that bothers me about him.

In every other game I've played with Yosarian, I've tended to agree with his logic and can understand a lot of the things he does. This game, however, something seems...
different
. The way he's thinking doesn't really flow with me like it usually does, as if he's playing differently.

Something doesn't sit right with me, and I know it sounds stupid, but I figure it's enough to justify one vote.

Hmm. I agree with his logic and understand what he's doing in this game. Is there anything you can point out specifically? I'm not seeing it.

I tend to agree, he's seems less of an "investagator" in this particular game and more like 'laying back'.

Huh? I don't understand BMQ's argument against Yosarian and I
really
don't understand bluemonick's jump to that bandwagon. It seems like BMQ is suggesting that Yosarian's playstyle is different from past games, which I don't see, but if he'd care to elaborate a bit more, I might. But bluemonick is new enough that that can't be what he's saying. And the comment about "less of an investigator" and "more like 'laying back'" is, frankly, nonsense. Yosarian seems to me to be pushing as hard at the issues he finds important in this game as he usually does. I happen not to find the particular issue he's chosen to be especially noteworthy, but I can see the logic behind it. Coupled with the fact that he got himself blowed up, which seems likely to be a scum mechanism, I think this looks like a scummy pair of votes.

So, you're attacking me because you don't see my logic with the bogre bandwagon yesterday?

Mlaker looked very suspicious, especally when he attacked viper for grounds that just weren't true, so I voted for him. When bogre replaced him, I backed off for a bit, but when bogre continued to look suspicious, refused to defend himself in any way other then accusing everyone who attacked him, and finally just gave up and lurked for ages with a huge bandwagon on him, yeah, I pushed for his lynch.

All you said about the bandwagon all day was this.
BrianMcQueso wrote:Not sure Bogre is scum.

Not really sure we could get to lynch anyone else at this point.

Not sure how a claim would help us, either.

*sigh*
If you disagreed with my logic, you should have said so then.

As for me "not being an excessive voter and lyncher", that depends on the situation. Take a look at Himaliayn mafia, recently finished over in the New York forum. I was a townie, and I was on nearly every single bandwagon all game, townie or scum.
