Weird. Unless you're generating enormous amounts of new terrain, none of those mods should cause much slowdown. Unless it's a Forge thing?

Go to Start Menu>All Programs>Accessories>Run, type %appdata% into the box and hit OK. You should then be able to open your .minecraft folder from the window that will bring up.

Dammit, Mojang. I build my base entirely around the fact that mobs don't spawn on upside-down slabs, and now you're breaking it. RAGE.
