I am a cop, 2 innocents on players that are alive, if you want me to claim which it will be the next time I am online. I also think the the "May" in the mods post refers to the fact that if he picks a random player out of the player list it has a chance it will be the person who killed him.

That's actually a good point, this is Bastard mafia, He could be trying to trick us again .

Does more than that. It actually goes quite a way towards telling us how much the info in the mod-updates as a whole can be trusted. And considering at the minute we have a very sensitive piece of mod-update info, it's a very relevant point to have knocking around.

This is for one very large reason, it was a summary of stuff I'd already thought through rather than me thinking as I was typing, because I had just lost a post with more or less the same content and more what's the word for it? The stuff that spices up your posts, whatever you want to call it.

Allow me to summarize the non-townie roles killed so far:
bertrand - reverse hider (pro-town) - had a pro-town use
Fritzler - mafia traitor (pro-town) - had a pro-town use
Pariah - night watchman (pro-town) - had a pro-town use
DBG - SK (anti-town) - had an anti-town use
Kaleidoscope - mason (pro-town) - questionable
MoS - mason (anti-town) - questionable

So, besides the mason (and the townie), each pro-town role seems to have at least

some

power to help the town. You're suggesting that Arimnaes had a pro-town power that seems to help the town only on a lucky guess, and would otherwise hurt the town by convincing them to mislynch? Am I suggesting that this is impossible? Not in the least - Vis is a friggin bastard mod. But, at the moment, I think "Coron killed the commish" is more likely than "the commish chose a player each night to speak the name of if he died."

So, I'm leaning toward a vote for Coron, but I haven't quite convinced myself yet. Also, Coron, which did you investigate on which night?

What I would do normally is suggest that if the real cop wants to conterclaim he come forward now, but unfortunately, we've lost our doc(bertrand, for those who didn't notice), making this a stupid plan.

Personally, I think we're in the wrong mindset here. He may be a cop, but if he is, he'll likely be a random cop, making him useless, making him a vanilla townie with (if it's relevant) a trackable ability.

Who is pushing the wagon harder than anyone else, coming up with odd justification for it without actually being on the wagon.

My opinion is that we should play the day as normal, then at the end, when we're about to lynch someone, we decide whether to vig coron or not, as it saves us a lynch if we are wrong. If we decide not to, we then think about whether we want to lynch Coron or this new guy, and then we can decide what to do with the new guy. OR WHATEVER. It doesn't really matter what we do, but I am not in the mood to take a lynch this lightly when every time we go to night we lose another three guys. I'm much happier vigging Coron and losing four than lynching him and potentially losing seven for the same amount of effort. Hell, these numbers imply that he's an SK, if he's mafia it's four to eight.
