These people are all suspicious to me, purely as they ain't playing along! If Spamwise/Biogre weren't ring bells, I'd be all for lurker votes. I suggest we apply some pressure tomorrow on these... as Pooky said in Himalaya, why sign up for a game if your not goinjg to take part?

Vote: Bogre

Sorry guys, Im finally here. Was too busy over the weekends.

Well, tommorrow spamwise is the play i believe. But for today, since the dealine is superclose, I'll just get behind the Bogre lynch, since it's the best, and most convienent one there is.

I'm not feeling the Bogre lynch, as I said. I think the case against SpamWise is a little weak. (It's based mainly on his "holy crap I think this lynch is a bad bad idea" post, isn't it? Because that post doesn't really feel all that scummy to me, particularly as he retracted it, although I can certainly see where other people might find it so.) So I'm disinclined to join either major wagon, and as such have little to say. After we know Bogre's or SpamWise's alignment, then we can start digging into who supported scum or accused town or vice versa scummily, but with roles and alignments split, playing Let's Pretend before we have mod-ratified information isn't likely to profit: Bogre could be telling the absolute truth and still be scum.
I think it's pretty clear that TSS's awesomeness did alter the roles each of us recieved, and thus he's obviously pro-town. -- Save The Dragons

It started from there, but you then look at his repsonses from that point onwards when it was first raised, and it kind of builds into a pattern.

Terribly sorry, I missed that since they didn't show up on the "Display posts by" tag at the bottom of the page. Never even thought to double-check. I feel like I've been using the Buddy System -- it
never
fails!

I will prod the two of them right away, and there are enough replacements waiting in the wings in case they don't show up. Since this is my fault for not checking, I'll also
extend the deadline to Saturday the 21st, at midnight EDT
, to give them a chance to show up and contribute, or any replacements to do the same.

Since Shamrock hasn't picked up his prod, and hasn't posted anywhere on Scum for a month, he's being replaced by spectrumvoid.

Also note that BabyJesus has posted in the V/LA thread about some recent limited access.

Wtf? Okay, first of all setting up future lynches is very scummy. I seriously don't see why I'm the play for today, having not claimed and only being rung up for a few comments I've retracted. Which I'm cool with as it's Day 1, but we should have more my tomorrow. Secondly, although I'm aware there's a deadline here, your jump onto the Bogre wagon just seems so opportunistic and scummy to me I can't articulate how angry I am.

And I don't like how masterchief just happened to randomly vote for the second biggest bandwagon in the game at this point in time.

Nope I didn't. And there I was thinking 9 pages on Arafax's 100 MPH was a lot... And this game has had so many replacements!

I don't really get the reason why people are voting for Bogre. I agree that the reason Bogre voted for viper (because of his so-called defensiveness) was scummy, but why did everyone concentrate on Bogre instead of the 4/5 people before him? Bogre's reactions to the comment might just've been overly defensive if he's one of those players who hate dying no matter what. If Bogre dies, I'll be taking a close look at everyone who jumped on the wagon (people like lordy for example.)

I also don't get the reason for the vote on Spamwise. The only thing vaguely scummy about him was his saying that that the lynch was a bad idea. I mean... how does that even sound scummy? Cesspit did say that Spamwise (post 257) had to be nudged back into the game, but there've been way too many replacements in this game already, and I don't see people voting those replacements.

Post 206 by MMofdoom quoted spamwise saying "Vipers wagon stalling because his scumbuddies haven't jumped on". I don't see how that makes spamwise a mafia. In fact, I'd call that pro-town behaviour because he brought up a point about the viper wagon that hadn't been mentioned before.

About Masterchief: I don't like how he poofed from this game entirely. And his excuse was that he forgot. That's bad townie behaviour. And he 'randomly' joined one of the wagons. I'm so tempted to just kill him (like Frit) but I'll hold back to see if he contributes to the discussion.
