I guess it really doesn't help. It was rather impolite, but I dunno if it was a scum tell.

I don't quite think MMoD exhibited a true scum tell there. If his role has anything to do with neutrality, or finding neutrality, then he was being silly saying that so blatantly in-thread. How often do you see games where neutral roles are just mentioned off-hand without any evidence of there being a neutral role? It doesn't happen. The fact that he asked a claimed
Mason
if he was neutral was so silly I had to slap a FoS on him.

I won't speculate on what I think MMoD may have been trying to achieve with his question at the moment. I will probably start poking at him tomorrow, though, if both of us are alive.

Why aren't we lynching ChannelDelibird yet?

What an utterly unhelpful attitude.
I think I'm going to have to agree with Mr. Buddy Lee here. You vote someone if you think they're scum. Voting for someone because you "don't like their attitude" looks suspiciously like a scum trying to find an excuse.

PJ didn't have any points against you, and he hopped from TMH to Yos to you today. Maybe he earns green stamps for visiting cool wagons.

I think you're scum for reasons I stated earlier. If the Yos wagon doesn't pan out, I think you're the best bet for today.

I find it unlikely that a townie would be so utterly unhelpful to the game, and as such, I voted him. Not because I don't like his attitude, but, because it doesn't help the town whatsoever for people to act in that manner, in fact it accomplishes exactly the opposite, and I'm 'pretty sure' that preventing the town from making progress is exactly what a scum would want to accomplish.

Maybe he should learn to be a better player, in that case. If people constantly get away with acting in a manner in which is in hinderance of the town because 'they're bad players', nothing really inspires them to ever be better players.

Also, FWIW, I've seen MMoD in enough games that I don't think he's a bad player at all.

First of all I'm not like this always. Second of all, you reacted to me because of my attitude. I reacted to PJ because of his. Does this make you utterly unhelpful too?

Guys, the person who started the Yos train hopped off it.

As we approach this deadline, I suggest you hop off Yos and MMOD and onto the ChannelDBird express, as it looks like the best chance of catching scum today.

so now I
unvote

but where next to vote
hoping to find a baddie and gloat

Yos I think is still a good lynch
But I get he will not do in this pinch
So a choice of two is presented for the winch

Channel is who some would kill
I see this as a bandwagon of will
without substance a-fill

Cyan, that is the other guy
He is who I would much rather fry
His manner is all awry

So with that I
vote: Cyan

Throw him in that damned fishpan
Because god-damnit! He is our man.

Tamuz,

I'll admit the DBird lynch is one based less on pure evidence than on gut feeling, but I honestly think his post history is the scummiest of those who remain. I think he's fairly likely to turn up dirty.

I do think your Cyan vote is a decent place to be as well, though it's clear you're voting on gut as well. I still don't know what to make of the Yos and mmod wagons from earlier today.

Seeing as it's very difficult to defend myself against gut feelings, it's probably in my best interests to claim now. I am Valan Luca, a doctor. I protected Mr. Flay N1 and Tamuz on N2 & N3.

I'm still happy with my vote on SpamWise by the way.

Couple observations:

1) Pooky's been way too inactive. But his voting pattern shows him to be pro-town.

2) broomhead's been replaced in other games but appears to be inactively included in this one. Absent for over two weeks, and before that I got a bad vibe from him, but not necessarily a scummy one. I think he should be prodded/replaced.

3) Channel DBird's been scummy. Another doctor? Claiming early, scattering suspicions? I'm not buying it.

4) What's up with Spamwise and the 100% thing?

I don't see how Valan Luca could be a Doctor, there are loads of better WoT choices for that. Plus, it really makes no sense whatsoever as far as Luca's character goes. I know that you shouldn't put too much stock in flavor to determine game mechanics, but, Luca being a Doctor makes about as much sense as Nynaeve being a Super-Cop.
