Yeah, I think explosions in the face of a vote, esp against an obvious jerk is a definite scum tell.

Here's one to say: I am, in fact, a jerk. =Dserinah80 wrote:unvoteRosso Carne

If Varian over reacted, then Rosso started it by being agressive.
Acting like a jerk means acting like a scum in my book. Especially so early in the game...
(note: I didn't say he was a jerk, I said he acted like it.)

You're argument is so wierd, I don't kno where to begin. Maybe with, like, there are certain people in this world that would always be considered scummy on those grounds. On that note, unvoteand throw a true and actualFOS:serinahfor trying to start an early bandwagon on crap data.[13:31] glorktheinvader: and I was rocking this one guy-

heh, I like howI'mthe one who over reacted.
By calling him Mr. Brilliance (because, you know, he said he wasn't stupid), when he basically jumped into a conversation he wasn't a part of and acted like a jerk.
I didn't explode, I was amused that someone could so easily find something not even directed in their vicinity as offensive.
And since when is placing the 3rd vote when it takes7so horrible? If he placed the 6th, ok. But the 3rd? I'd say you guys are the ones trying to build a bandwagon out of air.-

That is the most retarded thing i've ever heard.Rosso Carne wrote:with all due respect, it is page 2.
And yes you overreacted. I'm a part of this conversation based on the fact that I'm a part of this game. If you can't take random voting without exploding, whats the point of it.
That's like saying little children should be involved in all discussions their parents have, because hey, they're part of the family.
Two people had made comments about the word maverick, you were not one of them. Why on earth would my comment be directed, in any way, at you?
I still find it funny; this is one of the most amusing start-games i've been a part of.
Oh, and I like how you called it "random voting", except, it was after you had cast a random vote... and you attached a reason to it... me thinks that makes it defy the definition of random.
Do we need another vocabulary lesson? This time itcanbe directed at you.

Rosso Carne, you are at fault here. Varian was not saying "Oh, you must all be incredibly stupid not to know what maverick means", but that was what you took from his post. You were clearly not random voting, and to say it was is clearly trying to avert suspicion.
Unvote; Vote: Rosso Carnerolandofthewhite (5:40:28 PM): It would be weird living with Thesp. All the hookers murdered and skin lying around. :(-

I don't see how did I start bandwagoning. I gave a third vote. Not a really important vote. I think I will not be taking sides until the second day unless someone says something really inciminating.
I don't think we can lynch Rosso for being rude. BTW I think that if we obtain problems of an emotional nature like this, we won't be very effective finding the bad guys out.
If Rosso suddenly should get 2 more votes, I'll unvote. But I don't think it's likely.*....it could be worse....*-

Ok, so note that I didn't mean any emphasis whatsoever on saying something about it being the third vote.
Also, I do find it suspicious that Rosso Carne random voted twice.. and that is based off what Varian said, because I didn't go back and read the double random vote myself. To have two random votes is weird though, I must say. I also find it weird of delibird to add a second vote to serinah right after I did, for the same reason, except he ment emphasis on the third vote thing. I don't quite understand that either. Right now I'd have to say Serinah, Rosso, and Delibird are the only three I have any reason to think twice about, but for now my vote stays where it is.-

So basically everyone that have mad at least a tiny bit of an impression is under attack?Maverick wrote: Right now I'd have to say Serinah, Rosso, and Delibird are the only three I have any reason to think twice about, but for now my vote stays where it is.
You do anything at all and already you get "Fos". That's why I don't take the first day seriously...
Also I don't see how two random votes are suspicious. I'm a noob and I like to jump around with voting here and there. Why is it suspicious on the first day if we don't really know anything anyway? All votings are random in their nature anyway.*....it could be worse....*-

First of all,unvote: Serinah80
I think you're confusing the word 'impression' with 'argument' here. But anyway, I see the point you're trying to make about the random votes, serinah, but really after you've done one it's a bit pointless and needlessly confusing to do a second. I would normally interpret it as a way to mask not wanting to lynch the person you originally random voted for.
But I agree with B Rob - it's not helping because it's not about anything remotely important. The only way we'll get useful information about behaviour is if it's in reaction to something actually related to the game.#greenshirtthursdays-

Alright,Unvote: Serinah80, Vote:ChannelDelibird
You keep coming in and agreeing with what everyone else is saying, you don't add anything to discussions that is your own opinion to help us get more information. All you have done is make votes for no reason, and then agree with what other people are saying when you unvote. To me it seems like a desperate attemp to get the finger off of yourself.
I never really found Serinah suspicious, just the fact that there was an arguement about nothing and she voted because of it.
As for Rosso Carne, I don't feel any need to vote him due to two random votes because that is weird but not lynch worthy..-

On the contrary, I had a reason to vote for Serinah, but I realised it was a bad one and unvoted. It's also a little difficult to add more into the discussion while there is so little to go on. All we have is a pointless argument about something that has no relevance, and I have already said that I don't feel we can draw anything from that. Also, I don't understand your point about 'a desperate attempt to get the finger off of myself'. As far as I could tell there was nobody pointing the finger of suspicion at me.Maverick wrote:Alright,Unvote: Serinah80, Vote:ChannelDelibird
