There is a difference. If there is a fourth level, then he'd neve qualify. I'll not indicate if there is such a thing, just saying. Also, if we decided to implement rank icons for Mafia Scum, it will matter. If the title given to that third tier of posters ever changes, it won't affect him. So, yeah, there is a difference, even if it's not obvious to the casual observer.

And this isn't ethics, is it?
