I am The Entity, Embodiment of Life. As hiplop mentioned earlier, the White Lanterns don't immediately have their White Lantern abilities. It is I who gets to send them out. Sending them out will have various effects on my other abilities, and I'd rather not fullclaim at the moment. But you should know that I've sent them out right before writing this post. All White Lanterns are confirmed non-Cult, though they may still be Mafia/Third Party (I personally doubt any of them are scum, but I'm going off my role PM). If you have received your Ring (note: not all rings are received at the same time due to a weird mechanic), please claim so, but do not claim your name or power. I want to hold off on a lynch until I see who the WLs are, so we can move on to Step 2 of OMGENIUS gamebreaking.
