And to elaborate. It was pointed out last game that Magna being a full-BP cult recruiter was too powerful, but Dana didn't want the cult dead immediately, so mentioned that in hindsight, making the cult one-shot bulletproof would have been more balanced.

That means that in this game, there's probably the same mechanic.

Hence, the shooter should claim, along with who they shot, and we speed-lynch the shootee.

By the way, note the "Orange lights". Plural. Meaning that there's more than one Orange light. Ooba's not lying about being Lex Luthor, and probably not lying about his ability. (His alignment, eh...up for debate.)
