I'm finding myself suspicious of mastin2, as well. There's a lot of throwing about of names and alignments, but not really any justification of them. The VCA is especially misleading; what with the whole Day 1 just began and nobody's flipped yet thing, it disguises more of the same baseless name-bandying as something more substantial.

Andrius is still terribly misguided.

I believe InHim's miller claim, and its flavor makes perfect sense, actually, if we assume the scum team is made of negatively colored lanterns (red, yellow).

After coming off as initially normal-wtf-null Vezo to me, I read Vezo as town, especially in light of the nameclaim debacle.

LLD is most likely town. If you honestly can't figure out why, then I've got to question your ability to read.

Tans claiming Larfleeze is interesting, and I'm actually inclined to believe it. I think he could be good, since part of Brightest Day involves the taking of various emotional spectrum entities, and he plays a part in it on the side of good. Further more, with two lynches, a scum group, and a cult, I don't think that trying to also balance and SK would be worth the trouble, especially since Larfleeze didn't do too many SK-ish things like he did in the beginning of the Blackest Night arc.

CJ's post involving putting the mafia on higher alert due to the amount of members they have in them doesn't sit well with me at all.

I find Friend a nice person to read. Because he takes a list of Mastin's, gives reads off of it, gets called scum/scummy by Mastin, and then proceeds to try to invalidate Mastin's reads. And then calls it scummy when Mastin calls that post scummy, saying that pushing Friend as scum is scummy. Why is it scummy and why is it different than him calling others scum, repeatedly?

Other players can "gain rings" by hammering a lynch, but you cannot.

You can only gain rings through the use of your Serial Killing. If at any point you achieve your win condition, you will leave the game as a winner, and the game will continue for the rest of the players.

Yeah, here's the argument that invalidates this: You're probably not town.

Remember how I brought up Mafia 92 earlier? I brought it up because your play there is EXTREMELY similar to your play here - enough so that I suspect that your win condition is the same in both games (I've NEVER seen you pull anything like this "must lynch within these names" stick outside of that game, and I remember playing with you a fair bit before my site break).

As a double-check (I HAVE been offsite a while), I've been reading through your recent completed games. I don't see ANYTHING like this in them (Mafia 125, Mafia 129, Mafia 132, etc.).

I'm not sure what faction you're in, or for that matter whether you're even IN a faction (Neutral seems likely - as I noted, your play here is VERY similar to your play as Lyncher in Mafia 92 - in which case you can wait for later since Cult and Mafia are larger threats), but I'm not going to rule out lynching a large number of players just because a single nontown player says so.

White Lanterns in the flavor don't come into play for a while, but when they do they augment people iirc. This makes hiplop confirmed town.

I'm not going to vote for Andrius or Toast right now. Neither wagon came off as serious the first time I looked at them. Toast's latest series of posts look townish enough that I don't even know why he has votes anymore. LLD's overreaction to my vote hasn't really given me a reason to remove it either. No one else is really standing out atm. Aside from that, I don't typically move my vote around much. As I said in my previous post, I town hunt more on Day 1. I don't vote just because people pressure me to do so.

Toog, why would you continue to vote for her when she softclaimed already? And why would you hunt town on D1? With two anti-town factions, one of which can change alignments, wouldn't it make more sense to hunt for scum?

Let's get one thing straight
- Black lantern(s) are mod-confirmed to be cult (Dueling cults is fun to speculate on but barring new info, I'll just assume it's one cult)
- Really shouldn't matter who the scum team is right now
- "Lynch scum for the first lynch; lynch cult for second lynch" is funny. Cult's obviously the growing threat and trust me - we are going to have a hard time lynching CR even if two lynches are spent on the cause.

Also, finally, Andrius is not cult - so your votes are better used elsewhere.
