I cheesed for my 100th win since Shattered Temple PvZ on close position is impossible to win for a protoss.
You uh got that backwards, close postitions anything is zergs worst nightmear.
Except I was going for a forge expand and there is no ramp in Shattered Temple. I would have lost against any kind of early pressure, and I'm not even talking about early pool

then don't go for a build you don't think you can pull off on that map
Except I play to improve not to win. Being able to pull off a good forge FE or a 3 Gate Expand for PvZ on any map is something I need to be able to do.
Started my Zerg run, oh god, I love them, but I suck horribly. I never know when to drone up and when to produce unit. ><

If you're playing to improve, you will also realize when a build just isn't going to work on a map, and putting yourself in a position to lose to
any
early pressure is generally not a good idea to do. I get you're trying to improve your mechanics yadda yadda, but yeah. Not a good idea.
Ski mask? Check! Sawed off? Check! Guilty conscience, fear of death? Check! Check! Check!
I'm down for that... given that I haven't played in FOREVER, I'm probably going to get placed in Bronze again, so any other future Bronzers, lemme know what day/time you guys wanna all hop on and play our placement matches.
I'm free till about 5pm today, then I'm free after 5pm Mon-Fri (EST)
(1:55:11 AM) ahallucinogenic: it's ok drench
(1:55:21 AM) ahallucinogenic: it's perfectly normal for young children to walk in on their parents making love

19 min in, the zerg is on 3 base while the protoss never expanded ...
At 10 add 3 more bases : the gold for the minerals and the rest for gas. Throw down a spire. Tech to hive. Make a bunch of Brood Lord. Type /dance before killing his nexus.
I'm free sporadically with my time. For placement matches, I'm free tomorrow save for 5 PM - 830 PM EDT, and Wednesday any time before 10 PM EDT. After that, idk. Again, job issues may free up my time this week. We shall see.

I read that on a forum a few days ago. May just be remembering incorrectly.
Anyway, I'm all for taking it at the same time as you guys. Just let me know. I'll be busy from like uhh I guess midnight - 5 AM or so EST tomorrow, but I can make myself available most times.
I'm currently trying to learn to play protoss. If it goes well enough, I'll probably try terran too so I can random (I don't actually expect it to go that well though...), but at the very least I want to be able to play protoss at a comparable level to that at which I play zerg. If anyone wants to practice against probably the equivalent of a low-mid bronze protoss, hit me up.
