I was wondering how long I could get away with not posting my ID. No one ever asked and anyone I needed to play for the BASL had their ID listed, so I just added them instead.

As I get back into SC2 and grind away at the rust from sitting out season 2 I'm going to be putting a fair bit of time into working on this style (Here is it used in a Bo3 between Destiny(Formerly of Root) and ST-Bomber). It's ZvT without the standard holy trinity of units (Bane/Muta/Brood), where you instead swap between mass sling, ultra/infestor, ultrasling, infestor/sling and just build up huge stock piles of infestor energy and choke your opponent out.

The lack of banes will probably make it unviable for lower level zergs, stopping bio without them is a pain.

Bronze leaguers we should do season 3 placement matches at same time so we might be in same division(like jd and I played placement matches around same time last season and got placed in same division.)

It will reset you in platinum again, the new league has only 1 placement match

I wish I knew what was up with the algorithm...

Maybe it has something to do with overall score? I have most of the campaign achievements, so my score's artificially inflated.

I haven't been online for a week because my laptop's adapter broke and ebay sent the replacement to 321 <my address> instead of 1321. And I just found this out today. I'll be back on more once I get home from vacation on the 6th or 7th.

I did it by going Mass Air, and keeping the three entrances walled off.

Mass air as in, never build a single ground unit (only use the ones they give you for some of the initial fights), make liberal use of cannons, use graviton beams on hybrids to halt their high dps, and by the time you get near "winning", you should have three control groups of only Phoenix, Void Rays and Carriers, plus the given Mothership, each group "led" by a Protoss leader character, and a cannon-making probe. I forget how many stargates I had, I think it was 4 total (2 free initial ones + 2).

Do that and you will not only beat it on Hard but get all the achievements (2000 kills or something?) as well.
