No, it was poulist for two reasons:

1) It was requested by another player (scum excuse)
2) It is an "easy" vote -- easy to make and no pressure of actually bringing the player to flip; (scum posturing)

Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.
