Fuck. It doesn't work in ANY of the other ones.

I was looking at the phrase " kgxqvdezslxqedmxammtkmastmdrvfqobsmtulandvxqmtnqmucuzy" since it was longer, and gave a better idea of letter frequency.

But letter frequency is shit when the letters come in pairs.

So I started doing PAIR frequencies, and seeing what came up a lot.

And through the use of external programs that I borrowed, I was able to come up with a phrase of complete GIBBERISH.

Until I removed the X's, and started making words out of it.

And it worked.

The phrase I got was:

ifyoubusmeyouloseonefrexenukeionlyneedtobuyonemoredayx

Now removing the x's you get:

if yo ub us me yo ul os eo ne fr e en uk ei on ly ne ed to bu yo ne mo re da y (I put in the spaces here, because I see it better here.)

And making words out of it, this is what I got:

If you bus me you lose one free nuke I only need to buy one more day

Put in punctuation:

If you bus me, you lose one free nuke. I only need to buy one more day.

This may be totally off the fucking mark, but I don't think it is. I mean, NONE of the other phrases work with it.... but it works on this one?

I reverse engineered a passkey from this plain text to the cipher text. It gave me: etavulpc

Looks like fucking gibberish AGAIN.

Maybe I'm making shit up, I don't know. But I think we need to start looking at people who have nukes...

Hindu, I also didn't solve this using a keyword. I solved it using letter frequency, with a LOT of guess and check.

Guess and Check is a lovely method that should be practiced more.

So discrepancies should be accounted there perhaps?

Yeah. Encode the bus me part with the etavulpc key, though. It always turns up different, meaning there was a different text in the x's you removed. We need the x's to see what it meant.

actually, "I only need to buy one more free day" bodes sort of badly - It makes me afraid that the scum may have gone for a mass-nuking strategy, being that their numbers are larger this game.

using that keyword doesn't produce much on the other leaks, which sucks, but on the fourth one it gives "pstfivuifnodeadmmaybifis" which, you can sort of make out the words in there. LLD's keyword checks out with the original, btw.
