having two or three confirmed townies is incredibly powerful. Plus either the scum has to spend their kills on them instead of other possible power roles if they don't want confirmed townies floating around in the game. Also it gives a possible town cop or vig a smaller number of targets. Information won't hurt the town. It will, however, hurt scum.

Unless I'm gravely misunderstanding something, they are valuable in their mason role only in that they know the other masons though.

Untrod, I'll have a conversation with Slaxx when he gets back, intially his suggestion was to all instant-claim forcing mafia to night kill us consecutively however I believe that with 3 masons in the game there's likely to be few other strong power-roles therefore I'm unsure if it's optimal all not.

By that time though, I had already made the Benedict comment as well as the "I think Ythan has more information than he is letting on" comment which made you inquisitive about my own comments. You were pressing for answers so I gave you my original "you are traitor bussing scum" idea.
