The only thing I've read at this point is AlmasterGM's explanations for the DEFCON phases, so I look at ToastyToast's post and sort of pick at it based on what Faraday had revealed about his read of you, which was town based on your setup speculation and proposal to break the game. He'd asked me earlier in the evening to read his "case" on you, but I hadn't done that yet.

About 40 minutes later, he reads my post and comes back.

Faraday: I didn't change my mind. The thing at AurorusVox was a joke, too.
Equinox: Whoops. I'll go correct that now.
Faraday: I was mocking him for missing the sarcasm in my "case" against Mina.
Faraday: Apparently, I wasn't as clear as I'd thought.

After looking at Hez again: 1.) LOL 2.) I can't see this guy being mafia. Too chaotic and contradictory. Good mislynch target or avoid-bandwagon target for scum, though.

AV's hard to read for me because I can't use his language and words to read him. He picks it all too carefully. That said, I've extensively read/skimmed AV's posts in Defcon II after reading through Percy's ISO/analysis of his Eavesdrop results since someone in here said Eavesdrop-Percy was awesome. Looking at AV in Defcon III now. Ok, so here's what I got from Defcon II AV. He's focused on "Oh, please don't nuke me" A LOT. He also was more aggressive and caps'ing than I've seen him be. Actually, I've never seen him do that, town or scum. Anyways, I think AV-scum would never caps like that again so, if he's scum here, I don't think he'd caps. Aggressive, maybe, but I don't see that either. He also isn't like "Oh, shit, I'm gonna die" or showing his mad at being caught behavior here. He's also trying to get his scumreads lynched here. There, he was like "Oh Faraday u scum; I LYNCH U" and was generally EVERYWHERE with all his reads all the while being "trololol, when I flip, you will be sorry". His 618 really does fail, though, on part of this. Still, it's a lot less aggressive and more regretful he's dying instead of mad. I had to look up quite a bit of town games to see ones where he actually got pressured. TxtMafia was the one I eventually got to. He had the same regret. Overall, he reads slight town.

Getting quite the lurker feel from him, as if he is chill with allowing current suspicions to run their course and not rock the boat. His only real content seems to be either nod in agreement with a few assessments or laugh at the content of others. He has yet to take a stance on anything. The reason someone like Hinduragi doesnt mention me is the fact that he has NOTHING to go on. This is you really getting into this game? Hmm...which obvious case of waffling/contradiction should I deal with first?
1) How can somebody be both a good mislynch target and a good avoid-bandwagon target? And even if it's possible, why bring it up? All your saying is that scum might be or might not be on the Hez wagon, which everyone hopefully already knew.
2) You just said that the reason you think Hez CAN'T be mafia is that he's way too chaotic, contradictory, and even laughable. Then you turn around and say the reason you DO believe I'm mafia is that there's nothing townish about any of my posts, which is obviously true of Hez based on your description. So why the double standard?

Yeah, I'm certainly willing to believe that Hinduragi is scum at this point. He appears to be logical in a way that Hez doesn't even try for, but he still isn't actually scumhunting in any logical way. I still prefer a Hez lynch, though, because he's 100% anti-town, whereas Hinduragi is 60-70% scum.

Yes, Hez was pointing a whole lot of fingers, and being all ranty. Maybe it was just me but I really never thought he'd actually pull the trigger when we reached DEFCON 1. I can understand you saying Hez is scum because of it, but just wanting to nuke him because you think those things make him 100% antitown is Pants-On-Head logic.

Personally, Hez can eat a nuke, but that's because I don't read him as town, not for cheapass scumhiding reasons.
