The last part I originally claimed as d1 only because losing extra lynches would have made me sad.

Thinking about the set-up...

If Gamma and Vi are both town with thier abilities and Red Coyote was indeed third party.
That would mean the mafia team would probably be 5 members right? If it was 6 originally it would be game over already - since we flipped the two other 'threats'

So if Magister Ludi flips town this game could realistically be in LYLO. Something to keep in mind.

No rushing into duels at all costs. And no vig kill rushes either.

DUM my duel won't end the day, thus Vi doesn't need to shoot. That's the entire godamn reason why I dueled early in the first place, so Ludi couldn't pre-empt it and waste a lynch.

That's the question of the Day. I'm seriously for massclaim at this point just to get all the magical mystery powers out of the way.

I'm strongly in favor of waiting before another duel begins - obviously until after my shot, which I don't plan to take immediately.

Right now I'm deciding between C-worl and mykonian for the shot - probably myko if ML flips scum. Katsuki is Town. Drunken Unicorn Master is likely Town. Iecerint is likely Town. Gammagooey is likely Town (or so I hope). RayFrost is off the table. I'm still not extremely happy with Maxous but that post on the previous page was decent enough for me to stand down on him. Whoever doesn't get shot would be nice to duel.

Oh right, about myko. Look back through his posts and tell me how many things he got right in this game. Virtually all of his suspects have flipped Town, and his opinion on RedCoyote didn't really say much of anything.

Ok. I have a couple of questions.

Why has this bandwagon formed so quickly into Day 1? We've been here less than a Day and someone is already at L-5. It may not be a lynch yet, but we're fast approaching it.

Why are we speculating about flavor so much, because that shouldn't have any bearing on anyone's ability to play mafia?

Moreover, I think we shouldn't get starstruck by the duel mechanic. Let's play it cool like a normal game and use the duel if the need for it comes up.

And can I make a request? Less talk about the flavor? I never played this game, and find myself getting lost everyone time someone starts speaking Japanese-English.

Among other things the bolded in question was because Magister Ludi was at L5 at the time. So guilt by association.

Toasty and Iecerint's votes on Magister are the spots I would expect mafia to attach themselves to on a wagon. I can somewhat keep up and understand flavor talk is unhelpful, but the strong persistence (and 7 votes now) make me doubtful of whether Magister deserves it. Either way, quick votes still put me off to the lynch. I will have to look at TT and Iecerint again in the morning or afternoon tomorrow.

Further defense of Ludi.

He did label Ludi as Almost maybe Scum though along with Vi, Iec, Gamma, DK, and Toast. DK wasn't the same alignment as him and Toasty was town. So I'm thinking between Vi, Gamma, Iec, and Ludi one has to be scum. Ludi is standing out right now.

His maybe town list was 3 people who are now dead and confirmed townies.

He had DUM as Scum.

He labeled me as maybe scum in a later post for lurking. Also Gamma was on his 3 man list of leaning scum. Gamma is the only survivor of that list. He kept his vote on DUM. Voted Gamma to win even though at that point he had expressed more suspicion of Gamma than Toast.

That brings us to where the slot became T-Bone country. Comes in refuses to address anything before he entered immediately gets into it with AGM and Ludi.

I tries to argue that he sees nothing that made Gamma or Myko obvtown. T-Bone's list of people he would duel was Ludi, C-worl, DUM, Iece, Gamma.

Says me and Dum are useless players that have been flying under the radar. I'll agree that it holds true for me, but hasn't DUM been posting? He ends up choosing Iec to duel. Considering T-Bone flipped scum I think that means he was giving a scum buddy a power.

NOTE: This has nothing to do with the game but Vi's 1155 made me laugh.

Iec might be scum bc T-Bone chose to duel him and T-Bone was scum. I remember DUM was scummy for something but I can't remember why.

Max, I dont understand your reasoning. Yes I had a town read on Gamma. Then he did a majorly anti-town thing. I reread. I think he is scum. I am not going to waffle around and not save myself when I know I am town.
