2. Play nice. No personal attacks will be tolerated.
3. Do not play this game using more than one account.
4. Do not discuss this game with anybody else outside this game thread, unless you're specifically allowed to in QuickTopics.
5. Do not quote directly from your Role PM or any role PM.
6. Do not use small font size or invisible font to hide messages. Similarly, do not use any off-site programs to code messages. Also Robust cryptographyand steganography are not allowed in games.
7. Winning isn't everything, but you need to play to win.
8. If you have any questions, PM it to me. If I have made a mistake in a vote count or something, you can point it out to me by PM or by a bolded
Mod:
in thread.
Voting, Lynching, Death
1. To vote for somebody, type this:
VOTE: ooba
or
Vote: ooba
It must be in bold. The colon is optional. Abbreviations for player names are fine as long as it's obvious to whom you're referring. 2. To remove your vote, type
UNVOTE:
in bold. You don't have to unvote before revoting, but I would prefer it.
5. A simple majority of votes (1/2 the number of living players plus one, rounded down) will achieve a lynch and end the Day. Unvoting after that point will not save someone's life.
6. The time between the final vote that causes a lynch and my updating of the thread is known as "twilight." Anybody may still talk in-thread during twilight, but no vote-changing will be honored.
7. Once you are dead, do not post at all in the thread. Likewise, do not communicate with anybody still in the game once you're dead.
Deadlines and Activity
1. If a player does not post for 72 hours, they will be prodded by PM. If they do not respond to the prod within 48 hours, I will start looking for a replacement. If the player returns to the game before I can find a replacement, they can stay. If I have already found a replacement, then the replacement stays.
2. If you indicate V/LA (Vacation/Limited Access) in thread or by PM, you are immune to the above rule as long as you're on V/LA. Do not abuse this - lying about V/LA is not acceptable.
3. The first day will have a deadline of 3 WEEKS. All other days will have a deadline of 2 weeks.
4. If no majority of votes is reached at deadline, then nobody will be lynched.
5. Each night has a deadline of 72 HOURS. I will extend this as necessary if any replacements are needed. I will also update the thread earlier if I receive all night actions before time.
Game Specific Info:
1.There is a cult in this game.
2.The cult will be able to recruit from N2 onwards.
3.There is at least one person with the following role
4.If you are unrecruitable, the following will be mentioned in your role PM

Due to your strong faith, any attempts to convert you to a R'hllor worshiper will be unsuccessful.
5.There are no weird mechanics or situations where the mod will lie to the players to detract from the enjoyment of the game.

Avilare had always been a harmonious town. Yes, the town had been under siege in a dozen wars by as many kings. But there had always been a sense of respect amongst the townspeople of various faiths - those who worshiped the old gods of the first men and those who worshiped the Seven. Any minor incidents were always quickly handled by Flay and his city watch. The town had even consented to the followers of the Lord of the Light building a temple in Avilare. But things had gotten out of hand after the Sept of the Seven had been burned recently. There was clear evidence of the worshipers of the old gods being involved in it and as soon as word got out about that, there was nothing the city guard could do; They were too few in number. The mobs assembled and quickly pronounced all the worshipers of the Old gods as heretics.
There was a massacre in the Buin districts where the old god worshipers lived. And now rumors of retaliation from their side were abound. The council had decided that the Godswood would be burned. If the worshipers did not have their faith, then they would not have the will to mount a counterattack. It was not fair, but it was on him to save the city. But his mind kept going back to the question which was nagging him from the morning - "Why did the worshipers of the Old gods burn the Sept of the Seven?"
Lost in his thoughts, he nearly did not hear the sound of the creaking old wood behind him. Before he could turn, something hard hit him at the back of the head. "You are not going to burn the Godswood!" - Those were last words he heard before everything went black ..

Seacore took a few steps back and admired the temple. Yes it looked magnificent as befitting R'hllor, the Lord of the Light. He remembered how the lady had shown him the images in the flames - How he would burn the Sept on a lonely night, how the worshipers of the Old gods would get blamed for it, the construction of the temple and the eventual conversion of Avilare. And to now think that the temple would be complete in two days time! The Lady had promised to start talking to the townspersons after the temple was complete to spread the glory of R'hllor. And with that thought, he suddenly remembered that he had to write a note chronicling what he had found out today. He started back into the temple.
As he was getting his parchment, he saw a figure detaching itself from the shadows. "You will answer for your crimes scum!" the shadow bellowed. No! He could not die now - not before he completed this message. He ran as fast as his legs could take him. He could hear the sound of his pursuer behind him - luckily Seacore knew the temple better. He managed to distance himself and then hid behind a secret Recess. He started writing the message to the Lady - everything depended on it!
Flameaxe had lost him. He told himself to refocus - his anger was clouding his judgement today. He thought of the Godswood and found a renewed strength. He retraced his steps. There was a slight scratching sound coming from behind one of the walls. If anything, Flameaxe was a patient man when the need arose. He took his spear and positioned himself just in front of the wall. He did not make a sound.
It took close to ten minutes before the scum crawled out of his hiding place. He trust his spear. The gods were with him and he did not miss. Confident and elated that he had avenged the innocents killed, he leaned in closer and whispered "Where is your lord of the light now?". Unfortunately, he never saw the poisoned dagger before it hit him ..

Ooba was feeling uneasy looking at the crowd. He wanted nothing more than to go back to the watchtower. Trying to burn the godswood was a folly, but this beat them all. However, he was under orders from the council to carry this through, no matter how much he disagreed with their decisions. After all, they had threatened to find another replacement for Flay if he could not do the job. He cleared his throat ..
"We are assembled here today to clear Avilare from those who would seek to do her harm.". He pointed to the makeshift structure in front of the Sept, or what was left of the Sept anyway. "The non-believers are good at appearing like one of us, mingling in and stabbing us in the back when we least expect it. However with the Seven gods watching over us, I am sure we can bring them to JUSTICE!"
He tossed the rope in the air and the crowd cheered ..
