First and foremost, I would like to state my driving force here is to play for points > everything. Interestingly enough, I would also imagine scum here - and in every TM game - would want to secure points for their team > a simple win. If you're scum here and you're not on any possible mislynches, oh well. Stay scared, and stay behind my team in the rankings.

I'm thinking one scum slipped on the GI wagon and the other 2 stayed off. DDD went for both of the big wagons LATE, which gives me the idea that he was reserving his vote until he was sure he could be a part of a lynch.

Anyone want to outguess Team Mafia? As in, if your teammates were scum in [REDACTED], would that make you likely town? This also helps give me an idea of which team desparately needs points.

I'm torn on this stance.. I think it works better if players from the BOTTOM portion of the draft list claim and it works its way up. NOT being selfish here. This way, if there's any scum down there, the top/town half won't reveal to them what roles aren't taken and good for them to fakeclaim.

I reconsidered, since scum may be at the top anyway and have powers for sure.

We should either do the Vt/Non Vt claim (which is my preference) or we FULLY massclaim from the bottom up I guess(?). I don't like no in betweens it only helps any scum near the top.

If Slaxx claims it already narrows down what PR you have. Basically I'm happy with the VT/Non vt claims as it lets the tracker and goon cop have more info if they're town.

VT/Non-VT is pointless, it gives scum more info than it gives town in that instance, as scum now know where all the town PRs are. Town have no clue what roles are out there that, while scum know what roles they have (or haven't) got, and thus where they can aim safely.

The only town role it helps is the goon cop.

Thus, I refuse to even consider the VT/Non-VT one, it favours scum over town.

The full mass claim (from bottom up which is the ONLY way to do it, anyone considering a different way needs a slap), as Spyrex says, locks people into a claim and restricts scum further. It's all-round a better way of doing things.

My only worry about massclaim is if scum have the N2 vig or the Roleblocker - we stand to lose out in the long run if that is the case, because giving scum the keys to the game with those two powers out there that can completely shut the down the town power. Locking claims in is good though - it keeps the vigs honest. Thoughts on voting for the vig's shot, so scum have to play it straight? Or we assess its alignment based on its shot?

Specifically the bolded. I don't believe I've ever had a town read on Quadz. Never had a town read on GreyICE, but didn't have a scum read on him either, and Kise I had felt was town. Also the post you linked to states that I didn't have a town read on Quadz. So you claiming I did isn't just wrong, but blatantly false. Don't make me have to change my town read on you Hoopla.

Ugh, please forgive me. I went back and full reread the posts I was getting this info from - you said you thought the top 3 were town, not top 4. I misread this somehow. That was sloppy of me.

First, I was expecting criticism after GreyICE flipped town though some of it is different than I expected. Like I can understand if you disagreed with the reasons I thought he was scum (primarily a scummy roleclaim that he was rolefishing with earlier in the day and astroturf anger) but there seems to be some arguing that I should’ve sat there and done nothing; to look for motivations or wait for posts I don’t know are coming. And when it comes down to it; I’m going to lynch players I think are scum and I’m not going to sit and wait and ask other player’s approval to do what I think is right.

Second, my strongest reads are def. still town reads on SpyreX and LLD. Hoopla’s content so far today has also been a big upgrade over what I saw yesterday.

Prana’s “rebuttal” to SpyreX’s points was truly terrible in nature; it basically amounted to saying SpyreX’s post was null because he didn’t start it by saying “In my opinion”, which is a nonsense point.

I don’t think there’s anything to it, but curious that Slaxx declared V/LA and then was still posting four hours later.

I really need to see quadz and SSBF do something today before I decide which I think is scummier of the two.

And lastly I’m in favor of the town taking control of the vig shots to make sure they’re primarily town directed instead of leaving it up to chance and I’m neutral to against a massclaim because I’m not sure the benefits of locking in claims outweighs giving scum a complete kill sheet.
