The way the other points will be assigned depends on the responses I will get, so, here goes nothing:

To the Prime Minister of England

: Would you care give us something in exchange of not assigning PFs to your territory?

To the Chancellor of Germany

: I would like to ask you not to develop in Africa, and bargain on what you would receive in exchange.

In exchange, I request that you stay out of Russia and Italy. This should in fact be more profitable for you than I, due to the fact that not only am I giving up 3 points AND the opportunity to take 5 points from you, I am only receiving 4 points in return, AND you are already staying out of Italy. I ask that you take this into consideration in our future dealings.

Depending on whether you will be hostile towards Italy or not, (hostility being more preferable), I will be more or less inclined to accept those terms. For the time being, I am. As such:

I take away my 5PFs from Italy and place:

5 PF in Africa
5 PF in England (might change or not)
1 PF into propaganda

I would also like to ask the Mod if unused PF is kept in between turns. If the answer is negative, the last PF remaining will go into Italy.

@AH: Trying to take Italy would NOT be a smart idea, as you would have to put a majority of your PFs each turn into a battle you would not win.

To the Minister-President of Austria-Hungary:

We have two points of shared interest in Serbia and Rumania. I believe that we could share Rumania (as neither of us wish to have it exclusively) and determine the fate of Serbia at a later date. As every single one of your four objectives are contested with another, and that other nations are not wishing for the fate of Serbia to be fixed, this is a far better idea than simply setting something out now.

Not directly.

Perhaps indirectly in that it may allow them to get points with no points going your way.
